I don't Hasan is that delusional that he isn't aware of his own antisemitic opinions, I think he didn't believe that Ethan would just come out and say it. These people are all playing a game of bullshit word salad every time they open their mouth, Ethan to his credit has simply had enough of it. There where a few times during the stream where Ethan BTFO'd Hasan by just giving the most straight forward answer leaving nothing to discus.
The level of gaslighting and delusional thinking Hasan was engaging in during that debate makes me think he actually believes his own bullshit and that antisemitism only comes from the right, and it makes it even funnier when he talks about the antizionist Jews he's "friends" with as if they're only good ones. It's even more ironic that he had the gall to lecture Ethan on what real antisemitism was, although to give him credit he did lecture JiDion on what racism was when he went to rural Arkansas to find that Klan town so I guess it's par for the course with him.

the reason why he had to twist himself into a pretzel to deny that rapes happened during the October 7th attack is because if rape did occur (which it did), he'd have to accept the logical conclusion of his secular moral relativism. If terrorism is permitted in reaction to genocide then everything is permitted. If you can paraglide into a music festival and slit the throats of children then why is rape crossing the line? It's only because it is unpalatable to his normie audience that has accepted the moral relativism of killing innocent civilians (many of which are children) in reaction to genocide, but have an arbitrary line at sex crimes -- which are, in every legal system, less of an offense than murder.

this type of bullshit has never and will never effect hasan. that's why they call him the roach. he knows what is permissible and impermissible to his audience and handlers and will always operate within those lines. that's why he continues to grow in popularity despite all of the seething and coping about him online. his most outspoken opponents online are youtubers and streamers (and therefore midwits like him), and a good portion of them happen to also be rapists and/or pedophiles. the reason why ethan was so effective in their debate is because he (for once!) asked hasan to defend the indefensible.
Ethan also has the advantage the logically coherent position in which hamas are the bad guys, but he is largely skeptical of israel's wanton killing of palestinian civilians - a needle that is extremely easy to thread but no one else seems to be able to do it other than fringe conservatives.
