That's just not the case, the finns are pretty good are generally pretty good when it comes to driving, riding, flying, operating anything that moves, having the most racecar drivers and world champions per capita. And also the Finnish air force actually pretty good during the winter and continuation war, on average shooting down 8 commies for every plane lost, despite being outnumbered 20 to 1 by the soviet air force. Age doesn't really matter on planes like it does on cars, since everything on planes has to be torn down, checked, repaired and replaced after a set amount of flight hours, and that schedule is usually rather intensive.
