A 16-year-old track athlete was killed during a championship meet Wednesday morning in Texas by a member of another team, officials said.

Frisco Police confirmed the student-athlete died "despite lifesaving measures." The suspect, 17-year-old Karmelo Anthony, has been charged with first-degree murder.

A student from Frisco Memorial was the victim, according to local reports. Frisco Memorial Principal Brook Fesco wrote in an email obtained by Fox News Digital that Austin Metcalf, a junior at the school, had died Wednesday.

The incident occurred at about 10 a.m. at Kuykendall Stadium at the University Interscholasic League's District 11-5A championship meet. Anthony attends Frisco Centennial, roughly 7 miles away from Frisco Memorial.

According to the Frisco Independent School District, the meet was suspended shortly after the incident. The ISD added that the stadium "was immediately secured, and students were released and sent back to their home campus on FISD buses with expediency."

In her email, Fesco said the school "will acknowledge Austin’s death during 2nd period and will offer support throughout the day," adding counselors would be available.

"As a parent, your guidance and support will be important in helping your child process grief. Talking about this together, face-to-face, will give you a chance to discuss how your family understands and copes with loss. You may also want to discuss with your child how to be a supportive friend to classmates," Fesco wrote. "This loss might remind your student of past losses as well. The most important thing you can do is provide your child a chance to be heard and to express their feelings."

"The Frisco Police Department grieves with all those affected by this devastating loss and extends its deepest condolences to the victim’s family, students, and staff who are experiencing unimaginable pain," the department said in a statement. "The department is collaborating with the Frisco Independent School District and will continue to provide any support they need during this incredibly difficult time."

Metcalf, who also played football at the school, participated in both the boys shot put and discus events earlier in the day, with threw distances of 39 feet, 9¾ inches and 86 feet, 4 inches, respectively.

Anthony ran the boys' 100-meter dash in 12.38 seconds and was scheduled to compete in the long jump.

Eight schools competed at the meet, according to MileSplit.

Unless he's got god tier jury selection powers and ends up with a jury of 12 nogs, I'm glad he's Karmelo's lawyer. He, and their group as a whole, have no idea what goes on in the mind of your average person. He'll be trying to make arguments that make absolutely no sense to the jury.

I hope you're right. The judiciary is pretty corrupt at this point though. I wouldn't be shocked if they tried to stack the deck like they did in the Floyd case. Fortunately, the wind in those sails is waning as white people give less of a fuck the more incidents like this we have. God forbid white people stand up for themselves.

There is no way that this inarticulate stuttering idiotic nigger could legitimately have passed law school without significantly lowered standards. You can instantly tell by the way that he speaks that he is woefully incompetent, uneducated, and dimwitted. He is short of breath almost every single sentence as well and sounds like he is recording this inside of some sort of oxygen deprivation chamber. Truly bizarre.

But with the right jury he'll win his case.
 
I didn't watch the clip but was that the lawyer or the blacktivist that nearly killed a baby?
There are so many real winners in this game it is hard to tell them apart without a score card.
 
Karemelo Anthony as a name is so dumb. Carmelo (with a C) Anthony is a former NBA player who was top 10 in popularity (jersey sales) when Karmelo was born.
The NFL equivalent would be the white kid being named Eligh Manning

That reminds me of that story of a guy getting rolled into a carpet by his friends as a prank and then they just left him in there to die.
 
Just curious cause they keep on hapring that this nigger had a "cleat sharpener" to damage control which would in my mind imply it was some sort of pointed file either triangular like a ww1 trench knife or round like an icepick so my question is has there been an autopsy done analyzing the wounds cause I'm pretty sure they could break down all sorts of details on the shape, force and penetration power required to prison shank someone through to the heart and that's what this is if it wasn't a knife he prison shanked this kid.

Cleat sharpeners don’t exist so you can’t determine that by the wounds.

That's what I'm getting at either way it's a loss it's either 1. a knife which is illegal for a minor AND on school grounds or 2. it was an impromptu prison style shanking with a length of metal with a point and possibly triangular or circular shape like an icepick or file which would leave an irregular wound on top of the abrasions that would be left by a file so now schools have to ban anything that could be used as a weapon at discretion. Also would like to add he didn't have it on his person he made the conscious decision to get it out of his bag so there's a couple extra steps in the ol' thought process that eliminate self defense.
TLDR: part of me kinda hopes it was a prison shanking with an object that wasn't blade shaped so the prosecution can emphasizie that kinda shit being banned in the Geneva Convention becauset he wounds being so egregious.

Because they aren't only tribal by skin color, that is just the outmost layer. The other part is that within their tribe, power and strength is the rule of law, hence if I'm stronger than you, I can do whatever the fuck I want with you and if you have a problem with that, you either stop me or eat shit. Probably one of the reasons why they seem to love raping black kids and creating more Sky Williams in the world.
