  8. to suppress the constitutionally protected speech of American citizens

If the DMCA is not completely fucking thrown out I swear to fucking GOD. This is a fucking HUMILIATION. They have zero, ZERO "copyright" interests in the United States and they collect money harassing American businesses.

Initially reading this I assumed they were doing fraudulent takedown notices for content they do not own/have no permission of the creator, but that would honestly be better than actually trying to pursue DMCA on behalf of OnlyFans 'artists'.

Estonia pretty famously (well, for as famous as Estonia can be) has low taxes (at least up until 2023). Doesn't have anything to do with population either, Estonian social services simply aren't on the level of Western Europe.

I think what's going on here might be that the owner of this company might be an Estonian e-resident or something. Since they don't do business in Estonia, they probably don't have to pay anything to Estonia therefore everything is juridically correct.
 
Last I checked, pornographic images don't have any copyright applied to them.
I could be wrong, however, since copyright law is a fucking nightmare of a spiderweb.

Okay, doing a bit more digging, it seems like copyright does apply. However, court rulings on it have been, to put in laymen terms, a complete fucking shitshow.
