Let's do an autistic timeline of the giardia/CPS stuff, shall we
According to California protocol,
"If the social worker determines that an in-person investigation is necessary, he or she shall initiate the investigation immediately or within 10 calendar days, as appropriate. An immediate investigation is required when the following apply:
This claim implies that the reporter was so concerned that they waited 10 days from February 17th until February 26th to report any sort of abuse. Keep in mind, according to protocol mandatory reporters are required to report incidents within 36 hours of it being brought to their attention in California.
Their claim also relies on either Ethan or the CPS lying about which date it was stated they were called, and then the appointment being set up weeks out instead of right away even though the claim made to CPS was that the children were crawling in shit.
Ian however, personally doesn't contest that CPS was called on the 3rd. So he is in the camp of "A concerned fan of Ethan saw the podcast on February 17th, and then waited until the next month to call on March 3rd."
So, Ian, are they "quite reasonably" concerned to wait that long to report a child covered in bacterial infested shit? Or are you just once again full of it?
February 3rd, 2025: Ethan and Hila adopt Olive, a 7 month old stray dog that Ethan's HoA picked up.
February 17th, 2025: Ethan announces that Olive came to them with giardia, a bacterial infection.
He states that he and Hila have not been diagnosed with anything. He specifically mentions that his son, who has diarrhea, went to the doctor on this day, and they took a poop test to determine if he has giardia as well, waiting for the results.
February 27th, 2025: BadEmpanada Live uploads a video claiming that Ethan lets his dogs shit all over the house and that his kids are crawling around in dog shit.
February 28th, 2025: Ian's editor, FroggyTonic, is discovered by Ethan to be calling Hila a cunt and saying they don't take care of her kids.
March 1st, 2025: Denims streams the previous Bad Empanada video. She repeatedly states how dangerous it is for a small child to catch ANYTHING and her chat is full of people all repeating "Call CPS".
I'm sure somewhere in here Hasan/Frogan/others in this sphere covered the BadEmpanada story as well but I am not sifting through all of that slop, sorry. If someone wants to provide those let me know.
At this point, Ethan calls for Ian to defend him, stating Ian has been to their house multiple times over the years of their friendship and should know that their kids are not living in shit. Ian refuses to respond.
March 3rd, 2025: CPS stated they were called and sets the date to investigate the Klein's on the 7th.
March 7th, 2025: Ethan announces on the H3 podcast that CPS visited their house that morning at 6AM.
March 10th, 2025: Ethan makes the "I can’t believe this happened." video about Badempanada and Denims.
He clarifies that after he got his sons results from the doctor, the results were clear and there was no giardia.

- The emergency response protocol indicates the existence of a situation in which imminent danger to a child, such as physical pain, injury, disability, severe emotional harm, or death, is likely.
- The law enforcement agency making the referral states that the child is at immediate risk of abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
- The social worker determines that the child referred by the law enforcement agency is at immediate risk of abuse, neglect, or exploitation."
