I guess there is no "official announcement" because they are currently scrambling and speed dialing to find any nigger they can to replace the dropped out people like last year. When even IP2 people are turning you down, it probably is not a good sign. They know if they cancel that Ian is going to be shedding tears to defend his wife on the Internet for another whole year. They are going to resort to bringing in some random pajeet who does mute/typing in notepad tech fix videos just so they can fail and lose even more money. Which begs the question what is worse for them? Canceling, or bringing in some no-name no-train replacements to lose half a million dollars and snub a bunch of charities, AGAIN for another year in a row.

There is nothing he can do to hurt Hasan that Ethan, Destiny, and every political grifter hasn't tried, and H3 doesn't want him back.
