I actually love this guy's channel. All you need to know about him is he gets angry if you call vinyl records "vinyls." His technical knowledge is exquisite but he's a flaming autistic homo from the Midwest. It is what it is.

Probably the only openly homo YouTuber who doesn't delve into politics is Max Miller.

I hope Max is smart enough to keep out of politics. I've had to stop watching so many creators because of this shit. The moment they inject politics were it doesn't belong just drives me up a wall.

He could have done so at so many points and never did it - e.g. videos about the Civil War and the Germans in WWII. I get the impression that Max is simply not interested in politics or, at the very least, does not want to discuss politics in his videos. The fact that he did a video about what German civilians ate during severe rationing in WWII without whining about the Nazis or the Holocaust demonstrates his dedication to staying on-topic. He also did a video about U-boats and what German submariners ate in WWI.

He's good on the technical aspects and doesn't swear which makes him easy to recommend to family. But yes, his politics are gay.
