they are categorically failing as a profession
I agree the "we're heros" shit is obnoxious, but this is one area i will agree with the average redditor on: It's not the teacher's fault.

The problem stems from
A: Not being able to expel students. Even in the 2000s it was clear that one raging nog just killed the entire learning environment for 2 dozen other students, and it puts the teacher on the defensive. They go out of their way to try and ruin the learning environment, this even happenned at my university.
B: Not letting students choose schools. This has actually gotten better but is still a problem, if a school sucks it should fail.
C: Not letting teachers teach the way they want.
D: Not being allowed to give perks to students who excel and punish students who suck.

Basically socialism is the core problem as usual.

This guy and his dress-up games. He's like a high school theater kid. "My country is at war so I cannot wear a suit." Who's ever heard such a thing? And he commits to this for years and years. Libs think it's fucking epic that he can't be bothered to get dressed.
He could at least wear a dress uniform or something instead of miscellaneous vaguely military looking civilian clothing which is why he looks inherently unserious sometimes. He doesn’t look like a wartime leader he looks like that one kid in high school that insists on wearing military surplus at all times.

Especially since the Ukrainian dress uniform isn’t even that outlandish and quite minimalistic so he wouldn’t look like an African Dictator.

I don't think it's socialism. I think it's LCD - lowest common denominator. Too many things - education, culture, the internet, politics, journalism, the workplace, etc. - have been dumbed down to accommodate the shit-for-brains tier. The "progressive" movement once upon a time was a relentless drive to mediocrity; awful seems to be the new goal.

The head of state of the country i'm from wore a suit that was pretty much identical to what Trump wore and there isn't a single Redditard pointing it out because he isn't on the totes-be-goats genuinely 100% literally Hitler list.

It's a formal occasion, that's all. Just don't show up in jeans and a t-shirt. There were blokes with tea-towels on their heads wearing dresses at the fucking thing.

C: Not letting teachers teach the way they want.
On the other hand, this is a major factor in how phonics got replaced by "whole language" reading instruction, as the latter centers the teacher as the quasi-heroic leader while for the former they're merely administering a program (which actually works for its intended purpose).

A dark suit = black, not navy blue.

Though I guess I shouldn't be surprised to see how ignorant you americans are. So eager to shit on others, while everyone else sees what a clown your leader is.
Your leaders wear hijab and turbans and all the children they rape.

What's really great is all of these are dancing around the real problem.

A: You can't expel students becuase Niggers would be expelled for doing Nigger shit.
B. You can't allow people to choose schools because they would INVARIABLY choose not to be around Niggers.
C. You can't allow teachers to teach the way they want because they wouldn't teach down to everyone so the Niggers can get it.
D. You can't punish students for failure becuase it would reveal Niggers succeed less than everyone else, and that's heresy.

The left -- and thus, the teacher's unions, and thus, education in the US -- has a sacred dogma that there's no difference in any people anywhere ever, be it sex, race, culture, upbringing, genetics. Any deviation from this is a sin against the longhouse.

They would rather make entire generations of children fucking retarded than admit their belief in their own sacred farts is wrong. You will have to claw their hands off the levers controlling our society using a fucking crowbar.

Having recently had to go through mandatory training at work -- at a company that is now openly discriminating against Whites and only hiring Indians (To the point that we have a total hiring freeze on Americans but thousands of openings in India) -- This rings true. The training has to be stupid enough that Jeets can (cheat at it to) pass it. The policies and procedures have to be written like you're a paste eating retard, so Jeets can (pretend to) follow them. It's ostensibly some rather extensive IT consulting contracts with a lot of AWS Devops and Project Management skills required... but the training is such that Jeets who have never actually used a computer before can pass it, with the literal spoken expectation that the few Americans they haven't laid off yet will be able to wipe the Jeet's asses as they shit all over the contracts.

Education is the same way. You can't expect anyone to achieve better than what the dumbest fucking Nigger hoodrat being shoved in the classroom almost via the same rope loop on a stick system they use to capture rabid dogs because the school is a de-facto babysitter for Tyrone and Shaniqua so their mother can go be a fat lazy whore and their father can be dead/in jail. Anything that reveals this uncomfortable truth -- metrics, studies, colloquial evidence, etc -- must be suppressed.

While Trump is wearing blue like a fucking peasant. You wear black to a funeral. Zelenskyi is unironically better dressed for the occasion in this one. Doesn't matter if you wear a suit, no place for blue in a funeral.
I 100% agree, but actually fuck the pope, and I hope his whole synagogue of Satan withers along with him. However, I doubt Trump was using the blue suit to convey that...

Constant indoctrination also. Any additional courses are rife with critical race theory, DEI, and other horseshit.
A friend of mine who teaches a STEM related class went to additional training that told them that physics teachers should not teach the math because "math isn't the physics", and then it went on to hyper focus on "paying attention to how race, socioeconomic status, and gender impacts how students interact with study material"
Pure lunacy.
