She lied about the car crash, it was just a minor fender bender. She faked a hospital photo and claimed her organs were shutting down.

The real crash here was her facing jail in June for violating a restraining order taken out against her by her husband for abusing her family. She was a bad person. We can speculate why she was a bad person of course, but facts are facts.

This wasn't Hillary's death squad.

"Due process" is another "Our democracy". its a beg to play by their made up rules. The term implies legitimacy but they're only saying it for illegitimate purposes. Lets make it impossible to actually process an illegal because the process requires more effort than it took to get here and be handed everything. There's no "we must protect the constitution!" Do you guys know what due process is for getting deported? First, you get arrested by ICE. They do a cursory investigation and then you get loaded on the next bus to Mexico. Let me make this clear you. There is no hearing. They only give hearings for Visa violations and issues. That is it. They do not get trials.

Now about Garcia, first off what the judge did was illegal anyway. You as a judge CANNOT issue indefinite stays on deportation. You can issue a stay on deportation, but it HAS to have an end date. If there is no expiration on a stay, it becomes defacto citizenship. This faggot judge gave Garcia defacto citizenship which is not within the power of a judge to do in the first place. So what the judge did was completely illegal to begin with and that's before we get into anything else about him. He did not claim amnesty until after the deportation order was issued and it was denied for that reason. This guy never had any legal basis for staying in the US. Customs and Immigration Services has every legal reason under the sun to wipe their ass with this judges order because the power to deport lies SOLELY with them. The Liberal Activist Judges are trying to STEAL that power by claiming they do have that authority. It is a power grab by judiciary faggots who want to #VIVE LE RESISTANCE ORANGE MAN.
