Wonder if this puts an end to ICE playing nice with the judges.

"Don't go in these private areas, and wait until we have a chance to give him a trial."

"No, we're arresting him right now and yeeting him from the country immediately. If you want to give him a trial we'll allow him to teleconference from a detention cell at the embassy in Mexico."

"REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"
No if anything, ICE should continue to play nice, and let the judges think they can pull this shit. In doing so, they let the judges commit blantantly federally illegal acts. Get an illegal alien, get a bonus activist judge. Win-win!

Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.

To be fair, as a small white woman in the South- I will at least agree with him that black/brown women won't fucking move out of your way for anything. It's culturally appropriate to be polite and move out of the way for someone needing by, to look at something etc.

Black people also won't hold the fucking door. (But i am referring to American blacks)
Comparing the Southwest to the South, I find the South more comfy and nice despite the highest concentration of niggers but even then you could still have nice conversations with old black ladies and old black dudes.
In the Southwest literally everybody is a sociopath. Notify a spic or a nigger that they dropped something and they'll size you up for a fight and get in your face. The Sheboons would hoot and holler trying to smack things out of your hands doing the "AAAA HAAAA AAA HAAAA" thing.

When I moved to Georgia for a bit for work it was major culture shock to see nice and chatty people. It broke me out of my reclusive shell.

At a point unions were needed. They were still hopelessly corrupt at heart but they did some good. Now they just bleed workers and work to benefit themselves above all.
In my opinion, the only things that really need unions nowadays are blue collar crafts which do suffer from problems with treatment of workers and poor pay in certain areas of the country. Things like teachers and federal workers unions are completely useless in my opinion considering they already get spoiled rotten.

I’m irritated by the lack of due process, I do think what Trump’s doing is unconstitutional.
I'm good with deporting ALL illegals, but we still do need to have "due process", its part of the constitution and the rationale behind it is pretty simple, its so we don't accidentally deport our own actual citizens into foreign countries, that'll create a whole headache of its own I don't think anyone wants to deal with.

I know US journalists are bad, but when did they become so infantile? I heard them shout questions at Trump, and they sound exactly like some political science nerd straight out of high school. So many women, too, like 90%.
Almost every question they ask has no regard for negotiation or even care about the war, it's low IQ stuff that is more interested in getting a gotcha on Trump than intelligent questions.

Do you have a proposed solution to the problem that it would take a century to give every illegal their day in court?

dude they ve been getting due process, they have a hearing the ordered deported. In fact what ice has been doing these last few months is rounding up criminals. And I do mean criminals as in they did a crime in addition to entering illegally, the last admin had no political will to deport these people, so ICE and company basically have a list of known illegals, where they live etc.

Also not only did the justice system have no incentive to deport these people. they would make the crossing and turn themselves in, then ask for an assylum claim. There are over 4 million claims and 700 judges to hear them. So they turn themselves in get processed were given a fucking SSN permission to work and fucking welfare. while they wait the 10 plus years it will take for their allyum claim to be herd. Then they just wait for another amnasty to be made legal.

I personally wish congress to pass a "amnasty" was a mistake bill stating that their can be no amnasty for the next 100 years. To basically remove the incentive that created this mess.

The maryland man who is was mistakenly sent to el salvador, was from el salvador, is a MS 13 gang member, Is a criminal who engaged in trafficking, and his wife of a restraining order on his ass.

The mistake was a judge agreed he couldnt go back to el salvador because his gang afflication makes him a target. so he was suppose to go anywhere but there. Its a retarded hill for anyone to die on.

The idea that ICE would just randomly swept up a US citizen is laughable, the idea that these people need a jury trial is laughable a judges can order and have ordered deportations.

Its like a kid asking for something be given it and trying to stall over and over again

Kids learning on laptops and ipads improves education outcomes? What is your point here exactly?
I've never seen anything suggesting it improves anything compared to learning with textbooks, paper homework, and whiteboard/blackboard scribblings.
ipads (tablets in general) are cancer and should be banned from schools entirely tbh
laptops/PCs are useful only in computer science class so the kids can do some actual coding. for anything else, they end up being a distraction that does more harm than good.

Due process is not getting to stay in the country as an illegal for years while you get multiple court trials, nor does the constitution mandate this process for people who are just good at evading border security where they would have been booted back in an instant.

I will be that asshole and say computer lab with no internet hooked up.

One of the weird things about boomers is they constantly pine for the peace and prosperity of the good old days but they get very angry when you point out that the main difference between our current year dystopia and the good old days was a 90% white country.
Europe is still about that percentage, and they're giving themselves up, regardless. This impoverishment is intentional, impo. The people at the top don't want things to change, so they suppress the population and pick winners and losers. Every bonanza raises the possibility that The Wrong Sort of Person might rise up, naturally. So they're quenching everything in hopes that they can lock us in our current places, forever, with enough technological supremacy to make it work.

From what I've seen if your immigration status comes up in any other place on the planet except the holdover ones that say "Somalis Welcum" next to the burning tire fire that's become their borders since erecting said welcome sign...

Your "Due Process" is being swiftly passport/document checked by a cop+1 or their equivalent of an immigration officer that confirms that you can stay or you don't belong and if you flag enough in the system you're swiftly arranged to be kicked out unless you can cough up verifiable information to the contrary most any other place in the world. It's not even a court day worthy issue unless you have the clout whether social or political, or the money to make it one. But it does vary, after all. Singapore is not sweden is not dubai is not cuba etc.

IMO due to dealing with a lot of BS that has to do with personal data and identification, Even if you lost every single item you own in a ditch after flipping your car which burnt into unrecognizable slag, had your fingerprints polished off in a tragic bowling alley accident and your dental records are absent due to wearing dentures in the most asinine edge cases possible, if you're a for real citizen or have a legit on record visa or similar and know at least your last 4 of your own social or a current or previous place of employment to vouch for you odds are you are fine because your greater sum of identifying information is going to be in a drawer in triplicate somewhere or in a computer. And if you're abroad and bumble fuck your passport even? The embassy/consulates likely have access to your records back home.

It's literally how they give you your damn temporary passport if you lose it or get pickpocketed elsewhere. It's actually really hard to "Fall off the grid" or be lost wholesale in the system even on a global scale on purpose if you're registered in any capacity as a citizen anywhere except maybe bumfuck tin shack villa type countries of origin. If you're born in the first world in general and or legally immigrated you've basically got a series of files thick as a bible just for existing to confirm that you exist.

IE: Everyone has had one job or are in the system as a welfare receiptiant, everyone has been to a hospital at least once, you were almost certifiably born in one. That's likely even where you were legally named outside of other edge cases of woo woo hippie home birthing.

The edge cases of legitimate people being deported are probably either political sniping from the usual suspects (IE: You said a no no word in the EU you filthy nordic time to go home) or someone being so retarded and poor at navigating dealing with authorities or retaining their own information they need a handler at best anyway and it'd get resolved if they are that profoundly incapable if anyone they know at all gives a shit and they were in fact legitimate.

We should still properly screen and check, mind you. But not everything that is a blatant obvious case of someone being a border hopper who looks at you confused and sweating when you tap the sign that says "identification and registration" needs to be a months long court process unless there is something to warrent it or challenge it legitimately. Otherwise every miguel who can't speak english will have an interpretor and a liberal lawyer tying up the courts in active lawfare til the sun burns out.

Thats's where you're wrong, Northstar.

The judge didn't say he couldn't be deported to El Salvador.

His claim was based on a possible threat to him connected to his family because of the business his mother ran. His family left El Salvador and now lives in Guatemala. Therefore his do not deport order was for Guatemala. It was perfectly legal to deport him to El Salvador. The confusion came from the government lawyer saying it was an administrative error. That lawyer has since been fired.

The misinformation then, as usual, continued through the corporate media to the morons in congress.

Funny that now people care about due process but only for illegals and don't you dare try to compare it to the people who went through a building, they threatened "democracy".
