Anecdotally there are a few babies born to FTM mothers that have something fucked up with them. That one with the huge ass head and the other baby that eventually needed a helmet or something else and had that retarded mom with the neck tattoos.

It definitely fucks up the babies. And also remember that women's eggs are IN OUR BODIES. They die off. But we don't produce more. Everything our bodies have been exposed to, our eggs have. Depends how lesbian the novels are.
