I know websites exist that sell human remains to institutions but I don’t necessarily know they’d sell it to random individuals. I guess so? Buying human bones is not difficult if you are not an educational institution or research group, they have to maintain a perfectly clear chain of ownership, identification, tagging, paperwork etc. to ensure it was all obtained legally and ethically so they can pass inquiries from ethics committees. If you're a retail customer you can buy them in a grey market for far cheaper, except it'll likely be sourced from Indian and Chinese grave robbers.
