- Nick was surprised about the 30 day jails sentence because his plea relied on the verbal understanding of no jail time. It was not in the actual plea document though. It was the judge who broke with this did it on his own as a probation condition.
- Nick called people stupid for not reading his sentence. Then he admits in the next sentence he was confused by the wording and had to ask for clarification. (LMAO!)

Interestingly, Nick confirmed beforehand that the state was seeking 5 years probation but didn't put that in the plea agreement. But according to him, the 30 days was never mentioned.

This suggests even more that Nick's performance during the PSIR was so abysmal that he talked himself into jail time.

-It will be hard for him to find fun again because he had to get rid of things he liked doing (e.g. video games) for...reasons... some of it involves other people and he cannot talk about it.
