I don't want to give a play by play of the livestream, but there was one more thing H3 said that I thought was actually a pretty good killshot. He makes the point that all of these leftists, even Hasan, will oftentimes just refuse to come right out and say that they hate jews. What they'll say instead is just 'oh I don't hate jews, I hate ZIONISTS'. And H3 makes the point that since statistically more than like 90% of jews could be described as zionists, you're just saying the same thing and pussing out of saying it outright.

One thing you never want to do as a shrink or whatever is DUNK on people online. Like seriously, he has to look professional and empathetic. Ian should have removed those segments from the video when he didn't get any material to work it. It doesn't make his point, it doesn't make any point. It adds nothing.

During my college years when I was sort of floating around politically after being a traditional 2000s liberal in high school, this was the main thing that turned me off of the "leftist/socialist/dsa" crowd.

Liberal, Democrat, Conservative, Republican, all those things that existed prior to 2010, all had members I found reasonable with just different life experiences and such.

Every. Single. Fucking. Leftist. That I knew, and I knew a lot, were the most ungrateful, selfish, entitled, disloyal to their friends, quick to anger, impatient during disagreements, dismissive, often violent, emotionally unstable, lazy, pieces of shit. The actual messaging of leftism appealed to me at that age because I was young and naive, but what really turned me off even back then was just the people.

They will qualify it with all sorts of bullshit like "if you had a heart you would be miserable too" or "i'm only angry because i'm not privileged like you!" blah blah blah, but it doesn't matter. At the end of the day i'm not going to believe you have the tools to run this perfect kind utopian society in a completely selfless manner if you can't even come close to handling your own life that way. Running society is a million times harder, so talk to me when you can manage your coworkers and classmates without flying off the fucking handle and huff and puff anytime things don't go your way, you'll be dealing with a LOT more if you're running the country.

"I feel like" "That makes me feel" "I hope you get help" "You should try".
Its just so extremely fake, manipulative, condescending and misguided. He might as well have made the whole video using giraffe language.
Its an extremely feminine way to argue, and the male equivalence of the way some women uses a baby voice.

I have no problem with therapy in general, but it baffles me how some people completely lack the mental fortitude and personality to engage in therapy, without letting it dominate their personality and world view. He can only copy and mimic what he sees and hears in his sessions, not reflect and grow.

Also the way he flew out to some YouTube psychologist, only to sit and cry during their first encounter disturbed me greatly.
