I´m personally writing a letter to Blompf asking for a presidential pardon to Nick. He must be able to talk to his toddlers about S&M aided by his crackwhore while partaking in homecooked freebase with them, He must be able to pay for imaginary Jamaican niggerbabies to be aborted, he must be able to suck dry every washed up shock jock just buying them with drugs. He must be able to keep his hobbit of a wife zombified drooling on the floor with special K. He must be able to attend NAMBLA meetings with fat homosexual pedophiles.

I HAVE A DREAM!

Nick Rekieta claims tonights's stream will be on YouTube and Rumble. Can he handle the likely LEGIONS of alogs calling him a drug addict cuckold child abuser?
Will the mysterious @MNPublicRecords have one final bombshell?

WE SHALL SEE
no way he actually said this :story: :story: :story:

Yes please Cuck, go live tonight!
Show all of them incel-prudes of KarenFarms how you actually WON this case and how you won't get 30 (28 )days of prison, because clerk wrote something wrong.
It's huuuge own of every scandinavian!
(No one actually cares about the 30 days part and everyone knows you can't piss clean for 5-fucking-years straight in any universe imaginable.)
🥃 :really:
Ps. Your daughter tested positive for cocaina metabolites in her hair 10x the cutoff limit(5000/500 - daily user on adult standards)
and you were never able to disprove any of these facts and you rushed the court to seal the case forever .

This means that the PSI was that god damn bad that the prosecutor and Judge couldn’t ignore it,

The person doing the PSI likely had the access and time to put together a rather comprehensive picture of Nick and his behavior during the entire legal process from start to finish. They also had access to all the family court records and the information associated with his chemical and behavioral evaluations from that process as well as any testing failures. There would also have been his driving record and the still unpaid tickets. Then there were the letters from Kayla and his father which IMO did him a whole lot of damage through their lack of any remorse argument and their obsession with Nick as a hero fighting for freedom.

Then worst of all for Nick, they probably interviewed him. I'm sure he told the person the "full story" of what happened that he has been promising to tell us. And worst of all, the person doing the PSI might have looked at Nick's social media and streaming activity over the past year. In particular his comments on judges, his attacks on law enforcement & CPS and his general argument that he never did anything wrong.

In court, Nick is just an occasional item on the docket. But if someone starts to document in a PSI a comprehensive portrait of Nick, it would really create an impact.

There's an 80% chance the PSI guy found and read parts of this thread.

What's the over/under on times Aaron was mentioned in this interview? A dozen?

Can't believe actual justice has been served. Praise the Lord! Last time I felt this way was ironically watching Nick stream the Rittenhouse verdict.

Even if he doesn't actually serve the jail time, 5 years probation and 80 hours of community service is still in excess of what I and many others predicted.

Really, it's the probation that will fuck him in the end. I don't think he'll make it. The fuse has been lit.

The reporter Wil Herren tweeted that Rekieta's sentencing came as a surprise to him because "a source" (probably Rekieta himself) told him that he would not face any jail time. He then retweeted Rekieta announcing his new show.

That might be a swipe at Sean.

He must have really made an impression in the sentencing interview.
I think he fucking bombed it. I think if we ever got that PSI report, it would look like shit.

Look, Nick is an arrogant son of a bitch. I think he went in there thinking he'd outsmart all of them, and when he left they were thinking "man, fuck this guy." This is the result.

Tough titty, Nick. Humility might actually served you better. If you could ever show it. Judging by your stream announcement though, the answer is no. You can't. Good luck!

"Now Aaron, you should be going after him! He ate my go!"
"Yes, you've told me that multiple times now."

To be fair to Sean, his prediction was grounded in years of practical experience dealing with reasonably typical defendants.
Unfortunately, that doesn’t account for the extreme statistical anomaly that is Nick Rekieta’s complete fucking idiocy.

I think Sean deserves a mulligan on this one.
There is a statement about "deferral" of the jail sentence mentioning the probation department. I'm not exactly sure what that means but Sean could still be correct.

Yo Kino Casino reported that Nick Rekieta is going to jail. Is this true? How long will he be going for? This calls for a celebration if true

I like how Nick describing himself as "actually criminal" is in his drug-fried mind some kind of own.

Nick must have interviewed like shit at his PSI. I agree the letters probably did him zero favors and kind of point in the "cult leader" direction more than anything.

I'm really interested to see if it ends up being "30 days of time deferred to August 1st if he behaves" or if it's "we get to come back on August 1st to see if Nick was a good enough boy to avoid 28 days in jail". Knowing nicks track record of interpretations - the judge probably theoretically has the power to waive the sentence before 8/1 so Nick is coping that it's totally gonna happen, just you wait and see. The order seems to say the first thing pretty clearly, but MN seems to have a way of not exactly saying what they mean.
