Wondering if the judge will now approve it since his sentence is official. Not to mention they would had to of just approved is trip from a few weeks ago.

Yeah, but he's getting a P.O. though. I think the P.O. can deny his ability to go.

If his P.O. has any amount of intelligence, he would not let Nick go to fucking Vegas. That's asking for an immediate relapse.

I don't think all the shoes have dropped just yet. I think this is just the beginning. The Rekieta saga just got a huge shot in the arm.

His probation officer will have to approve it. No out of state travel without their approval.

Nick will not survive for five years. He will do or say something that would get him in trouble with his probation officer.

What I have heard from ex-convicts on YouTube they said county jail is the worst since they get the least amount of funding compared to State and Federal prisons.
