He was given a lawful final deportation order in 2019. Nothing was improper in his deportation. He was sent back to his country of origin/citizenship, and his own government is holding him there in prison for crimes he committed there. We basically extradited him to El Salvador, essentially. All the drama is made up manufactured outrage by the TDS judge and media.

It's incredibly infuriating how my friend has bought into the narrative that this piece of shit is a 'poor citizen mistakenly deported to some random country' and that 'when' the Democrats take back power, they should 'stop being nice' and revoke Melania's papers and 'deport her to some random country', because 'Trump started this first'.

And this is far from the hottest take he has, even including "tariffs bad / the USA will not win the trade war with China" I've stopped taking him seriously when he regards Mitt Romney and John McCain as the only respectable Republicans.

A few things.

1. He IS an MS13 Gang member. He did had TWO investigations over this and he was determined by two separate judges to be MS 13.

2. The ICE did not violate shit. The Judge can issue a stay on deportation but that stay is temporary. They are not allowed to issue indefinite stays, there has to be a reasonable legal time limit. This judge did not set an expiration date. You are not allowed as a judge to issue indefinite stays on deportation because it is granting defacto citizenship. That is not in the courts jurisdiction. The Judge violated the law and their jurisdiction by granting Kilmar an indefinite stay on his deportation order. On top of that, CIS can also override a judges ruling to stay deportation. It is solely up to their discretion to deport someone and they have final say.

The point isn't to get the gangbanger back in the US. It's to set up a situation where an AIDS commie judge orders Trump to do something absurd, Trump doesn't do it, and then the AIDS commie judge tries and convicts Trump of crimes against Our Democracy™. They still want him dead or removed, but the only route left is to get their confederate activist judges to do it on their own.

Was he? I think you may be referring to the immigration court that denied him the right to stay citing the report from the police officer about him being MS-13.
This decision was appealed, and the judge confirmed the previous ruling, once again citing that the source of "he is ms-13" to be trustworthy.

Afaik there were no investigations about him being MS-13. Someone mentioned trafficking (for which I haven't seen evidence - not dismissing it, just saying idk), and another is the initial police contact (we have the police report, which I posted in the other thread) where he was hanging out with confirmed MS-13 members. In this report the officer also reports that a trusted (anonymous) source confirmed he is MS-13 as well.

I believe he is MS-13 (or at least wannabe gangbanger), but I don't agree with saying random shit.
If you have a source for the "two investigations" please go ahead and prove me wrong.
 
Something that bears attention is that if the left could find a single citizen who was deported by ICE, they'd be screaming it from the rooftops. Instead, the best they've got is an illegal alien with credible criminal connections who is now currently in his home country, and all they've got is a libtard judge decreeing that he gets to stay in America forever because he said so. By calling him a "Maryland man," they've managed to gaslight some of their base into thinking he's a citizen, but it's such a hilariously weak case. Maybe they should pick a better hill to die on.
