Because the type of black people who go to jury duty in the first place are the type of black people who hate niggers in the Chris Rock sense.

OJ got away with it because he had the literal Dream Team for his defense and he had not done anything wrong before which gave the black people on the jury enough reasonable doubt to still think he was a good boy. Most of the old fogies on a jury aren’t going to see Daquan and Tyrone the same way.

I was just reminded of that time right after Kamala lost when all the black DNC shill accounts got their marching orders to attack the latino community for not voting for her. Remember this is what they want: Mass deportations to punish the brown people who didn't fall in line. Liberals believe that they own your votes, and if you don't support them something bad needs to happen to you.

That is a great point, but there is still the risk of an activist sneaking their way into the jury box and browbeating the rest of the jurors like with what happened to Derek Chauvin and Nick Cruz.

They have nothing. They have no policies, no likeable candidates anywhere, not a single reason that people should continue to vote for them. But they keep giving out the same rhetoric and then resorting to insults and personal attacks when it doesn't work. A political party that's run like a middle school cafeteria.

And keep this in the news cycle with a mistrial? The media wants this to go away, so I doubt that’s going to happen.
