This is genuinely a pretty slimy response by Idubbz, "I won't say you and your wife aren't neglectful parents," which is what this whole thing really was about, "because I wouldn't gain anything from it and because I'm not your bitch." Does he think that friends only help each other transactionally? Or that if someone is helping you out that makes you their bitch? He's still trying to pretend that he's at least friendly with Ethan based off the last couple minutes.
If your friend had CPS called on them because of insane and unfounded accusations why wouldn't you just come out and correct the record? He should still be able to criticize whatever grievances he has with Ethan if he did say this. It would probably have made the video more believable too. Demonstrating genuine good faith can go along way. That little sob session with the therapist doesn't count.
This video was no fun to watch. I don't have strong opinions on Ethan, but the out of context clips, tangential thinking, false equivalences, and moral fag-ing were exhausting. At one point Ian says Ethan can't be offended by a Jew to Arab tier-list because he did a white slur tier-list, because the Arab-Jew tier-list is somehow culturally significant to Arabs or something. I'm not even entirely sure. It's like an Alabaman making a White-Coon tier-list. Everyone with a brain understands whats going on.
Bleak man, really. Insanely manipulative video all-together. There are probably ways to make a content cop on h3h3 that's funny and coherent, but this is not it.
Edit: Also, wouldn't just refusing to answer the question either way mean you don't care about the children's well-being at all? If you had evidence that Ethan and Heila were neglectful/abusive enough that they needed CPS to come out to them, wouldn't you try to expose them?
