Proto-troon has opted for the novel approach of making irreversible life-altering decisions based on Reddit updoots, which is a situation that defies both belief and parody. Surprisingly, many replies are somewhat scathing towards this approach- but nevertheless the OP is sitting at 1k likes (and counting).

Remember though, these people are definitely not groomers. They just intentionally do things that they know will actively push people towards trooning out.

That’s a story as old as time itself, just with a new modern insult and no family safety net. Close GF bonds often get strained when one GF gets a new (and different!) prospective BF that doesn’t meet the other’s expectations. Usually the disapproving GF eventually settles for getting less attention and keeping her mouth shut to maintain the GF connection. But since she’s an insane pooner, the terfy BF is an existential threat. He’s not just a GF attention and affection grabber, he’s a possible bad influence.

She spends a lot of time complaining about the communication with her wife, and how she never knows what she is doing. Her wife keeps putting amounts on buy now, pay later accounts.

So I did know that children can get dementia, usually due to genetic conditions like in that video, but Alzheimers is a specific type of dementia generally related to age. That's why I was confused. But I know that a lot of people use the two terms interchangeably when they are anything but.
