It's really impressive how untalented Nick is when it comes to concealing his criminal activity.
FTFY.

Nick's criminal failures are right in line with his streaming failures, his familial ones, his ethical ones, his sexual ones...

The botched handling of the "dossier" of information is the single greatest bit of proof of Nick's intellectual deficiencies.
The drugs really wrecked Nick's inhibitions

The constant talking about sex, saying how much he loves cocaine, how he regrets nothing, the obvious relapsing, arguing with retards, not being able to keep his yap shut about his crimes

If Nick even kinda wants to do something he'll do it

It would have been piss easy for Nick to have done a controlled anonymous leak to slowly drip feed damning information.

The ironic thing is that its not really clear that they gathered damning information. Melton's big brags about the information were things like Aaron's presentations applying for radio jobs, having access to family photos and having financial data on Aaron's business. Melton was (I admit rather unsurprisingly) acting like a stalker than someone looking for funny or embarrassing content.

Nick's big reveal which I guess was supposed to be a massive own of Aaron was that Aaron watched sleazy porn and read Nick's thread. Neither of which was exactly a big reveal to anyone paying attention.

I do hope they test him in Vegas since he "joked" about doing cocaine with Melton during Hackamania.
He's the perfect combination of arrogant and hopelessly addicted

I thought previously that Nick had some plan to not get detected using at hackamania, but now I'm sure Nick has no plan at all and assumes he's strong enough to not drink and do coke, but he will immediately

I'll be honest, I thought this whole hacked email thing was going to go nowhere. Just seemed like a case of goofy shit that the law wouldn't really care about at the end of the day. However, Nick can't keep himself from acting like a smug asshole for a single day. I have no real legal insight to give over this sort of thing, just a gut feeling that all of this arrogance will once again bite Nick in the ass.
For normal people, I don't think the government would care.
But if the Feds let a lawyer (albeit nonpracticing) publicly break laws involving computer hacking and attorney client privilege, then that's a mask off moment for everyone that the US legal system is a joke and undermines public faith in the system.
So in other words I give it 50-50 at best.

Pretty hilarious when by his own admission, Nick has been a depraved porn addict for literally decades.

Looks like cope to me. I looked at his YouTube stream transcripts from November 3rd to November 7th (the span of time between your email and Rekieta's DM), and there is no mention of you. The only mention of "DM" is when Aaron asks people to DM him stuff.

If he did this (I emphasize "if"), it was on a members-only or Rumble-only stream.
It's not true. It's made up cope from Melton and/or his fans. Does anyone really believe that Aaron would say something like that and NOBODY would pick up on that for 5+ months? People clip the members-only streams too.

I don't think Aaron has thought this through. I believe Nick/April relapsed into whippet-whatever (probably alcohol as well). Nick got reckless and released the information to Patrick.
I don't know how someone would conclude from Nick and April's tweet sprees that they were not on something, even if it was alcohol. And this was around the same time. I would guess that substance abuse had a major part in Nick acting so stupid.

A dossier of that size was not sent via Email, it was likely just uploaded to a gdrive as a zip and then shared via direct link.
And google will happily tell the FBI who accessed it from what IP and logged in into what account.

Not one of those retards was clever enough to do it from behind a VPN using a public access wifi with a device other than their main computer.
The FBI will easily find out who was sent links and who all accessed it using that link.
What crime would any of the recipients have committed though? The person who illegally accessed the data is guilty of many crimes but not anyone they then sent it to. It'd be the same thing for someone leaking to a journalist. The leaker might be guilty of a crime(s) but not the journalists. In fact all of these Youtubers are essentially journalists as ridiculous as that may sound. At best the recipients could be witnesses maybe.

The tweet sprees were the last time we heard from April, right?

Wonder if that was the last straw for her parents and caused them to force her off.

Disseminating and discussing the contents on monetized streams, with an intent to harass and intimidate.
With a side of conspiracy.

Yeah I went down this thought path too, and concluded that it’s hardly state secrets, there’s no law against receiving or holding it, is there? I guess worse case they could interview you as a suspect and take your gear to investigate, which would certainly be annoying (or potentially disastrous for someone like Melton) .

Promulgating info from it sounds dicey but I’m not sure what the crime would be apart from harassment. Maybe Aaron could sue for… breach of copyright or something.

I'm not holding my breath. Feds don't prosecute unless a conviction is in the bag. I still think they'd dismiss this as two faggot ex-lovers quarrelling.

Nick is still getting off easy in spite of pleading guilty. The child endangement charge being dropped told me he won't get what's coming to him (in this life).

I am at a loss to think of a way not to botch this.

The dossier was compiled via information obtained via unauthorized access, right?

So, obviously, when the dossier gets out, certain questions would be asked (chiefly "where did you get this?")

I don't think there's a "right" way to do what they did. Clearly, there is a extra stupid way though, and Nick managed to employ that method.

Anyone who received it should have called their local police and told them. There was no legit reason for them to receive it in the first place. Nick isn't deepthroat and the dossier aren't the watergate tapes. There is no deeper story behind this other than Nick having a hate boner of Aaron and wanting him destroyed, and a group of retards dumb enough to happily buy into that operation without thinking.

Anyone with half a brain should have realized that a full google dump of someone's private data should never end up in their hands.
But since we know the Dabbleverse is full of halfwits and retards it means there is now a host of people who were dragged into a federal crime without their knowledge who will be all too happy to testify at length against Nick and Melton, who were the ringleaders of this op.

I think this is the lamest alogging attempt I've ever witnessed.

Google has a stake in this as well though AND I think the Feds will take it extra seriously because of banking accounts. Melton said they tracked his donation income, illegally accessing bank accounts is extra spicy. They will totally get hit with wire fraud charges.

The CFAA covers knowingly transmitting, retaining, or using information obtained through unauthorized access. Directly and knowingly receiving the information from Nick.....and not using the information for journalistic purposes would make any defense based on the first amendment or "journalism" unlikely to be successful.

The government is unlikely to bring such charges of the person isn't engaged in commercial gain with the information. BUT its certainly something that the government can and would use to threaten individuals into cooperation with an investigation.

The biggest danger any of these people face is in terms of what they say to any potential investigators that contact them. IF the FBI is investigating and IF the case is taken seriously, lying to the FBI about material issues is a good way to get a charge.

But again, any charges emerging from this is far from a certainty. But at the same time everyone directly involved in this would be a fool not to be very careful about everything they do and say.

I would agree, with the caveat that I am still not convinced that was actually April tweeting on April's account. Some of those tweets were weird as fuck, and read like Nick skinwalking April. That was the first iteration of the bloody bedsheet tale that Nick later brought up again in Melton's chat.

I confess it could also be Nick cajoling her to say stupid shit though. He is very controlling.

Valentine's Day 2025 (interesting) is when her socials went completely dark (deleted) as documented by @Third World Aristocrat in this post. That said, it was a bit of a 'drip, drip' thing. Her Twitter was privated in Jan (? - I need to confirm) and later completely deleted by Valentine's Day. She was pretty quiet throughout Dec.-Jan. on both IG and Twitter.

I was thinking along the lines of a MN Public Records leak where an anonymous account registers here, or uses somewhere without registrations like 4chan, and then posts things in a way where it's not so obvious it came from the Google account.

It's evident to me that Nick wanted his buddies with Internet shows to talk about the things they were being sent. That's why WATP and Dick Masterson were sent it, so they could say "a little birdie told me..." and then operate as Nick's own personal army. If he had posted it on Kiwi Farms without linking it to himself, then everyone could have talked about it on their various shows without feeling like an accessory to Nick's apparent crime.

It's unclear if there was anything that could be posted without alerting Aaron to the Google account being compromised, perhaps they could have leaked the proposals implying that someone at the station had leaked it, but anything else would've had a better chance at succeeding than Nick self-snitching to Elissa Clips because he's a weak-willed bitch. Alas, we'll never know.
