Slogging through Word Search in transcripts for "NDA" and "sign" is a little cumbersome. (Google picks up all words with 'nda' in them - a lot.) I'll see if I can find more NDA info later. He's discussed it a few times.

Highlights:
  • This confirms that the NDA was requested sometime between the beginning of April, when Anderson left, and the day of the arrest, May 24.
  • Aaron says here that he filed papers for divorce long before what MCRO shows, June 6, 2024, and it was delayed due to the arrest.
  • Technically, it sounds like April requested the NDA, but he has suspicions that Nick was writing the texts.

Every time I see a video edited together that shows Nick from different dates in the past years I cannot get over how much weight he lost and how bad he looks.

Thank you for looking it up. I did not know that until know. It actually makes Aaron look a lot better if you know the divorce was already in motion long before the coke stream and the arrest.

I think she's mentally with it, hence her refusal to cooperate. She knows she'll have to tell the world she's a whore and she has enough self-awareness to not want to do this.

If she admitted, "We took private nudes that were never shared with you because I actually felt a bond with Aaron" it would probably cause Nick to put the Rustang into a tree at 110mph.

This is Nick attempting to shore up his own reality as well as punishing Aaron. This narrative of "nonconsent" allows him to lie to himself that "Kayla still loves me and I am the world's best lover & husband" and also "Aaron is the badman"





Nick is an emotional IED....waiting for the slighest jolt to set him off. The amount of tension in that house while Nick is awake must be unbearable.

I'd say it was more conscious than subconscious.

It puts the "Kayla's body is ruined" rant in a new light.

I think that since Kayla cheated Nick's resented her, blamed her for everything, and is taking every opportunity to shame and degrade her.

"I will be us" doesn't mean "you're so strung out and useless that I'll do both our jobs as parents", it probably means "you're a used up whore and I'm going to save this relationship because you can't keep your legs shut"

I cannot help but think she effectively ended the marriage in all but name, but also refuses a divorce because that would put her out of the cushy lifestyle.

So they decided to just fulfill their fantasies outside the marriage while trying to keep the illusion alive. Only Nick never really got over the rejection and spiraled into the drug addiction, coomer behavior with the wine moms and absolutely losing himself in the degenerate lifestyle.

They both turned towards not feeling anything and drugs/pills at different points in time, first Kayla when she realized she was unhappy and then Nick when she finally told him (the worst day of his life).

It only went downhill from there.

Alternatively it was the Sonichu Medallion.

this is probably correct but what a misstep by her if so. nick is batting .000 in court cases. she probably would have gotten the kids, the houses, the trust, maybe even the balldo collection. rekieta would be living in the shack with ralph by now

She would have gotten nothing. The only trust she is on the books of is the one that owns the house they currently live in.
They would have had split custody. There is no way a court would take away the Kids from Nick right now after he took the hit to get her felony charge dismissed.
They likely both tested positive for drugs, so in the eyes of a family court judge they are about the same, with the difference that Nick actually has income through the trust (that he is only a beneficiary of) and Kayla has nothing.

The big trust only pays out to Nick, he does not own it and Kayla has no resource claiming anything of said trust. If she is lucky she can claim a share of the payouts to get minimal support, but Nick could just have the payouts reduced so he is left with the minimum the state cannot touch.

I wish there was a way for Kayla to do this and win, because Nick has to suffer, but right now she can't. Maybe if he eats another felony with the hacking charge.
