I think Nick is really pissed that Aaron now has his own "woman who is not my wife just off screen" stream but unfortunantly for Nick Aaron wasn't a drugged up shit show so nobody noticed and it didn't lead to a felony plea.

We do. I believe it was in the first week of April 2024. Anderson's last appearance on STMS was April 1st; she cleared her belongings out a few days later. Divorce negotiations had begun. I'm 90% sure it was around then that Nick asked him to sign the NDA, and Aaron understandably refused. (I can find the show when he goes over the timeline; he discussed it after the arrest when he spilled everything.)

Aaron filed for divorce in court on June 3rd 2024. He likely told her he would be doing so before that, but do you have any video to point at in which Aaron discussed the divorce timeline? Otherwise I would say this is just pure speculation.

That makes sense. It'd make no sense at all to ask somebody to sign an NDA just prior to doing the dirty deed, but at the point when your swinging has destroyed your marriage and your gold digger wife is about to attempt to drain your financial resources, I can see that the supposed 'millionaire' she's been banging would want his name leaving out of it.

Makes me feel a bit sorry for April. She abandons the boring but stable podcast host in an attempt to climb that economic ladder -- signing up for a land where the coke flowed free and she'd be with a man who was on track to inherit an insane amount of money at some point down the line.

And then it turns out that her 'millionaire' lover hasn't got a pot to piss in and his promises about how he'd never, ever leave you weren't worth a carrot. Worse still, he was an abusive narcissist who'd ruin your life, bully you into promoting his bizarre narrative and then leave you all alone in a stinking, fleapit that was about to be repossessed by the bank. Your millionaire just pissed his second house away on his coke bill.

The fantasy she thought she was signing up to was just that -- pure fantasy.
 
These people are all liars so who the fuck knows where the truth is:
  • Per the last 3 qover idiots in the complaint to the police, they implied the photo came from a signal group chat.
  • Per Aaron, he says he took it live on a STMS episode, with Kayla out of frame from the show.
  • Per Kanoe, the 3 remaining qover idiots couldn't immediately identify which photo it was from signal
  • Even if Aaron took the photo, that doesn't exclude it having been posted in the Signal group chat, either by Aaron or via a dm and then another member posting it.
These people are all idiots, and semantics or exact who/what/when is irrelevant, and it doesn't affect the outcome. I'm inclined to believe Aaron - he took the photo in the STMS bunker, and then shared it to dead broke Geno.

Assuming Aaron passes the low bar for his interview and assessment, the judge will almost certainly accept the plea and give him (i'm going to guess) 1 year probation, which will probably drop at 6 months.

Also, Aaron said on his posted live on Friday, ahead of the regular STMS, that it's not a problem if he's on someone else's show and Kayla is mentioned. Aaron is responsible only for his own words, not for what others do or say. It may be a little hazy if a Kayla name popped up on one of his own STMSs, but so far he's been good about avoiding the topic. Again, this "Gotcha!" mentality is not hwo the law works, and not how (typically) gag orders work. They can compel your speech, but it's a far stretch to compel speech of others in your vicinity.
 
Nick or Kayla initiating a lawsuit against Aaron would extremely risky now that Minnesota has anti-SLAPP. It would also require money that I dont think Nick has anymore and that his parents would be unlikely to provide.

On the other hand, Nick's recent chat comments show an escalating pattern of statements. Both the statements about April being assaulted by people associated with Aaron and the new DV accusation against Aaron. Nick being Nick, it wouldn't be out of character for him to throw out all kinds of escalating bait fishing for a defamation suit from Aaron.

Given Nicks utter panache for witness tampering and acting just like the Kick Vic defendants I'm kind of expecting to find out any day that the reason Aaron hasn't been able to get back on radio is that Nick has engaged in a local libel campaign behind the scenes.
