Pat is woke and would never assume the gender identity of an individual. The arm of his partner in the video could be that of a stunning and brave trans woman. I've been thinking about Tomlinson v. Milwaukee and I think I want Pat to win. I weighed the pros and cons of a Pat win and a Pat loss and while a Pat loss would be extremely funny, it would only be short term. In fact, if he loses it might buck break him even more and make him less entertaining in the long run. However, if he wins, he not only gets presumably 6-7 figures to spend on dumb shit he will surely brag about on Twitter, which provides amusement in of itself (and all that money will be gone within a year or two), but it will give his ego such a boost that we may get a return to the fiery Pat of years gone by. Also, he might feel so emboldened by the victory he attempts another lolsuit, maybe he'll sue Dan or Leslie, which would land him a humiliating defeat to cope about for years to come.

Ultimately, I want whatever is funniest and provides me the most entertainment to happen and I think if you look at it long term, Pat winning will provide more entertainment. It may sting in the moment to hear that Pat won, but I'm confident it would be the best outcome for Patposters capable of thinking ahead.

i disagree. the only way i see Rick contemplating suicide is if his social media accounts are permanently banned and he can never get them back. the likelier result is a murder-suicide if Niki doesn't get out. if Rick lost his twitter account, it's hard to imagine how unhinged he could become. bluesky isn't an alternative (because he blocks everyone) and Threads is retarded.

IMO best outcome would be 'winning' at trial, but getting no payout/a token amount only and no attorney's fees. We'd get to see the giddy high of beating the stalker childs, then we'd get to see that slowly give way to despair as the self-inflicted financial ruin slowly dawned on him and he'd have nobody to blame for it but himself. Equally importantly it's impossible for him to weaponize a net loss against OnA or Dear Feeder.

Like I said, the best result for everyone (except Rick) would be if he "wins" on the issue of at least one of the police responses being unwarranted and sets a precedent, but the court also finds it wasn't "clearly established law" at the time under the standard applied to actions under § 1983, so he gets nothing, but in the future, it will be considered "clearly established law" since there's a case on point.

That way Rick loses, the MPD gets told they need a real policy for how to respond to swatting calls other than just doing the same thing over and over, and Rick has done a public service while not even intending to.

I assume he logs on whenever he has time, goes through his mentions, and starts to obsessively correcT the record. Sometimes he looks at stalker child profiles to find other posts he needs to correcT (which is why you can see him reply months later).

Mapping the time of day of posting across a few months could be interesting because it gives some insight into his sleep habits, but you probably need Xitter API access for that ($$$).
