I’ve had this thought before but not sure if I’ve said it here: I’m pretty sure Nick and Kayla are the kind of parents who walk around the house naked when their kids are home. It might sound harmless but talk to adults who were raised by such parents. For many of them, it takes decades to start repairing the damage it did. They never learned healthy boundaries, could never relax in their own homes, and were afraid to have friends come over because they never knew when mom or dad were going to walk into the family room nude. They were often inappropriately enmeshed with one parent, resulting in emotional (and often physical) incest.

Of course without confirmation of this I’m just going on a hunch. But we’re past the time when Nick and Kayla deserve the benefit of the doubt.
I think Nick and Kayla are the type of people to leave the kitchen door open while having sex tbh.

Fortunately that doesn't happen too often anymore now that his boyfriend is out of the house. 🥃:really:

Anyone who watched the "your boy didn't do too bad stream," could testify about it. Why do you think they couldn't? Nick's coketream was probable cause for a search warrant and would have been shown during trial. No difference. The cop could testify about their interview with Geno and Keanu as well as Aaron's stream. It would be extraordinarily risky to depend on the judge excluding that evidence at trial.

Again, the jury will see as much as we saw and you already said he was guilty. The jury isn't going to see less than we did. I would have convicted him of the misdemeanor but not the felony and I don't need to see the photo. I don't think anyone would acquit him.
You know it is actually remarkable how much you managed to get wrong in a single short message.

There isn't anything in the "your boy didn't too bad stream" to relay that a nude photo was sent. The videos and phone calls between the cops and Keanu/Geno can't be used either, at least not directly.

The videos Keanu and Geno made can't be used either, unless they agree to testify.

Without the actual photo from phone or network records, the state is left with no way to introduce that a nude photo was even sent.

The jury would absolutely see less than we did.

To be fair, consider that the naked people Nick hangs out with are exactly the types no one wants to see naked. The world’s highest concentrations of hideous, obese, stinky losers can be found within the confines of our planet’s swinging clubs and nudist resorts.

In fact, Faggot Nick’s descriptions of his love for casual nudity — which we only know about because he insists upon talking about it frequently — reminds me of Boogie, AKA Victim1488. Boogie claims he suffers from crippling social anxiety yet is constantly taking off his shirt in public or in TikToks with underage girls tagged in them.

I hope this doesn’t give Nick any ideas.
Nick is an exhibitionist and obsessed with porn, so much so he goes to Jamaican resorts to live out his BBC cuckold fantasies, he hires a Porn Lawyer for the Monty case and stays at a Playboy themed Airbnb with a stripper pole which he uses for one of his male mods. Nick also once explained the difference between exhibitionism and voyeurism in minute detail, I think in regards to his nude beach adventures where he also admits to staring at a mans junk. The chances of there being Porn of Nick Rekieta out there is not all that farfetched, the chance of there being gay porn of Nick Rekieta out there even less so, he'd probably get off on having it out there and no one knowing.

He's covered in very recognizable intensely homosexual tattoos.

Nick sent me a dm seething about a confidential email I’d sent a couple of days earlier to Aaron for his attorney. Nick absolutely had access, and if he didn’t want to get caught he should’ve practiced some self control

Nick literally lacks any kind of self control, it's incredible

I know I'm very late (I was over two hundred pages behind), but oh man, drugs totally busted his frontal cortex, and the junkie can't hold any self-control anymore.

He was reading private emails of his ex-boyfriend like the scorned lover he is, and then he seethed about @elb sending Aaron emails for four whole days. He then couldn't contain his boiling emotions any longer and HAD to DM @elb, telling her how mad he is!

:story: LMAO!!!!

Who could, in their right mind, still doubt that this invasion of privacy happened?
A third party confirming her private emails were read by someone who contacted her about them is the verification we needed to nail it down.
All that gay vague talking by Nick and Melton and trying to walk back claims and hide them as "it was just a bit" and "it was comedy" was exactly what we all saw it for, desperate attempts to snivel their way out and confuse the viewers.

Then, because nothing happened for months, they started getting confident again and sent their pet retards to shitpost anyone who still supported the idea that their behavior was criminal.

I really cannot wait for Nick getting arrested by the Feds.

That's the rub. You think Aaron should have risked being convicted of a felony over the belief a jury would decide this factually. That's a silly risk when the alternative was $50. The prosecutor faced with this problem didn't dismiss. Throwing a fact question like "did the message Aaron send to Geno contain a nude photo of Kayla?" to the jury is a gamble when the alternative is $50. It's why his lawyer recommended the plea. The jury isn't automatons and the judge could easily throw the picture question to them.

Maybe you could address the fact that all your assumptions in your previous post were factually wrong instead of putting word's in other's people's mouth about wanting Aaron to go to trial.

The state only offered the deal because they knew they had nothing in their hand other than the accusation made by Kayla and her two retard witnesses with personal animosity against the accused and 3 criminal cases against the victim and the two witnesses to explain that animosity as a gay post-break-up quarrel of another failed polyamorism situation.

Aaron only would have had a reason to go to trial over this if he had further evidence to prove that there were more bullshit going on with the hacking accusations reaching far enough back to interfere with his defense. If there isn't, taking the deal was the best thing he could do and I do not think anyone doubted that.

Kayla could be a credible and sympathetic witness and a jury could convict on that alone.
Not on the felony, but on the misdemeanor. So no point fighting this, getting the felony dropped was all that mattered.

[EDIT] This entire case only existed because Nick is a retard who does not give a shit about his wife. Kayla would have never brought this complaint, its all Nick pushing, coping, seething and being a general faggot about everything. He is micromanaging the comment sections of multiple clippers, streamers and Twitter comment sections at the same time, daily. Aaron is lucky he got away with another slap on the hands again, because Nick has a raging hate boner for him and will not stop trying to destroy him by all means possible.

Aaron's legal/court history is one of 'path of least cost' rather than fighting frivolity.

He didn't fight the HRO from Ashley, he didn't fight the violation of said HRO, he didn't drag out the divorce with April (although them having no kids was a factor), he didn't fight the misdemeanor for sharing a pic of adultery. Just let the opposing party get their lower case w and move on. However, the building up of these priors will fuck him in future legal matters.

The prosecutor wanted a conviction and kept the felony going to trade it later. There was never any evidence of harassment, at least that we got to see.

Aaron sent the photo. He would have needed to lie in court that he didn't. Maybe I'm harsh calling him an idiot and maybe the fact he wasn't willing to do that proves he is head and shoulders above Nick on the moral scale. Nick has yet to even admit he was wrong to do what he did. Aaron at least did.

I'm saying that, unless there is some evidence we don't know about, I don't even see a scenario, other than asking Aaron directly, how the state could even suggest a nude was sent, without Geno and Keanu there as a precursor. Maybe they had something else that nobody here knows about. I'd say that if Geno and Keanu no showed, as they haven't been served, the state would have likely not gone ahead with the trial on the day. Happens all the time.

Aaron did it. He deserves the punishment, but I'll refuse to say he got a win and stick to saying Nick took an L.

It sure beats Nick's moron strategy of spending six figures to get even worse results than he'd have got by spending next to nothing, especially if you count that he also spent a year of misery dealing with process-as-punishment before getting it.

Throw in that he utterly ruined his reputation, made an absolute fool of himself and anyone dumb enough to defend him, and ultimately was forced to admit to everything he had spent a year screaming like Satan denying.

The evidence for distribution is consistent as well.
Yes, because now I'm asking if the source named "A" that NLO had for Aaron's radio negotiations was actually those leaked emails...
🤔
As @Third World Aristocrat discovered when intrusion was first discovered, at 1:51:37 of NLO's "THIS LITTLE PIGGY: A Steel Toe Morning Show Roundtable Discussion (November 8, 2024)" , Patrick Melton refers to a "source" called "A" (which Tookie immediately names as Aaron, perhaps jokingly, perhaps with foreknowledge) and proceeds to talk about Aaron's efforts to join Leighton Broadcasting. He proceeds to talk about oddly specific information such as "Aaron asking for $3000 a month pay" and that "Aaron saying he will sell 4 to 6 ad slots a month".

Now I've looked up Leighton Media. They are a serious radio company. A whole C-suite, internal IT, HR programs, 200 employees.
Who in their right fucking mind in that company is going to divuldge the confidential hiring negotiations of their prospective radio hosts, not for money, but to please known pedophile Patrick Melton? What is the actual number of people who would have access to that data anyway? In a traditional corporate environment, digital file access controls would be in place, So, I would think one of a handful of HR staff?

Would they really be willing to risk their professional career to amuse a pedophile and his junkie cuckold?

media_GcaLrXtXIAAxYjC.jpg media_GcaLrXuWIAA16ge.jpg

Now wait a minute Jim! —are we really expected to believe that supposed Leighton Media staff (who just so happen to be Aaron-alogs) would go so far as to leak details of his confidential hiring negotiations? And not only that, but also willingly send over specific files that could directly identify them? Leighton Media has an in-house IT department; they can trace emails, perform file audits—it wouldn’t take much to find the source. So where’s the risk-to-reward ratio here? It doesn’t add up.

I propose this was a cover story. Nick had access to Aaron's email files and sent them to Melton for kicks. But Melton had a lightbulb, how can they present the story without suspicion?
Answer: Make up a fat fucking tale about a fake Leighton employee to cover their distribution of confidential data.

TLDR: Nick and Melton distributed Aaron's data, send me autism stickers

He took a lower case l in the legal sense.
But he scored an upper case W over Nick.
How much you win over Nick depends on how hard he seethes and it 100% is an upper case W on the Rekieta C&S scale (Cope&Seethe)

Wait, so we're are we expected to believe that supposed Leighton Media staff happen to be Aaron alogs and would also be willing to leak the details of Aaron's confidential hiring negotations? Not only that, but to also willingly transfer specific files that could identify them? Leighton Media has inhouse IT, they could trace emails or perform file audits. Where is the risk against reward?
If that leak is really from the company side, then they would be shaking in their boots over someone making confidential contract/negotiating emails public.
That is the kind of stuff you get sued over and settle really quickly because you do not want that getting out.

Rekieta Ravioli or some kind of flat pasta with a cream sauce that looks runny AF.
Baking Bread with Rekieta - Nick doing the most basic bitch bread recipe he could find. Pouring some mystery white powder into dough while winking at the camera, hurr durr I'm feeding my family cokebread! LOL of course it's salt, you fucking NEEERD.

Then if he does not utterly fuck it up and end with a pile of brown goo (that he'd send to Aaron, on stream), he'll forget about the time while arguing with the chat about April, so oven eventually catches fire and burns half of his kitchen down. That'd be kino.

As much as watching Nick and the Melton/Dax Pedoverse seethe about this for the next few weeks will be fun, this is still the lesser win for the farms, we won't have Kayla cross examined about being a Whore, we won't have Nick admitting to being a Cuckold and Faggot and porn obsessed Gooner on the stand, we won't have Nick having to address the entire case against him including why his daughter was on regular cocaine use. This is a good resolution but it could have been so much better.

Not to worry. We still get to look forward to Nick explaining that it was okay to read Aaron's emails, check his files and redistribute because Aaron left himself logged it, so it was implied consent

Nick has a keen legal mind, you see.

If I had a nickel for every person involved in cuckoldry, a semen fixation, and attached to revenge porn charges this year, with delusional beliefs of their own legal prowess who tried to make the implied consent argument, I'd have two nickels.

Which isn't a lot, but it's weird it has happened twice.

A long time ago, I got a jaywalking ticket in Hennepin County, Minnesota. I requested a court date for it which ultimately just was a meeting with a Hearing Officer. She was understanding of my situation and offered me a fine of $2 instead of like $75 or so but I still had to pay a $78 fee for the citation plus the $2 fine.

It cost me more money for not using a crosswalk in Minnesota than it did for Aaron sharing Kayla's nudes. I am a better "lawyer" than Nick Rekieta.
