Everyone is relieved at being charged 10%. If managed to get just a couple of our top 20 partners to either drop theirs or accept ours by 1%, he’ll have accomplished more than any other president I can think of.

We’ve been outsourcing our manufacturing my entire life. I’ve never been alive in a year the US had a trade surplus

His polls are showing limited support for Vance as so far he only beats the generic Dem potential candidate Steven Smith by 4% in a 2028 match up. He fairs a little better over Harris but not by enough to be assure a win. While Rassie says this may change over the next few years as of right now Vance is seen as a more Republican then a MAGA candidate.

It boils down to "American's don't trust the Republican Party anymore that's why the GOP loses whenever it's not a MAGA candidate"

So unless Trump can turn the GOP into something Americans will want to vote for then in 2028 Vance doesn't stand much of a chance and we could actually see a Harris Presidency in 2028

This makes no sense. I get that people don't trust the GOP (with good reason) but Vance has been lockstep with Trump since Trump picked him. No one even thinks about him as a former senator anymore. Rhetorical question because I don't actually care, but who was Rassie polling? And lol he barely beats Steven A. Smith. Outside of sports and YouTube, no one knows that guy.

Trump Insider Trading: this morning my local NBC affiliate went with "people in Washington are concerned about tariffs and the possibility that Trump's 'good time to buy' tweet is a type of insider trading." They then show Adam Schiff talking nonsense. Adam. Schiff. Media continues to be unserious.

EU wants more Chinese junks.

I wonder how china is going to pull out of this current predicament. The word in the street is that china and EU are working together in order to counter American tariff.

I don't think the entirety of Europe could sustain Chinese economic production, there are just not enough consumers.

Unless Europe decides to outsource everything of course, even then they would not break even.

Ursula said they’d suspend retaliation for 90 days. They do NOT want more Chinese junk. The one thing Europe is smarter than us about is they don’t like trade deficits.
