Wish he would put more of his honest feelings into his music, when he's pretending to be a goth bad boy it's just pathetic. I guess there isn't much authentic about cobes besides his mommy issues.

One of my favourite Cobra stories is when he could hear his neighbors having sex loudly next door (or hallucinated it), so he decided to yell and scream "gross things" to ruin the mood. He believed they were purposely having sex loudly specifically to troll him because of his dry spell. He believed they watched his videos and were aware of him, so he yelled at the wall for hours seething because his neighbors might have gotten laid that night.
There's some part of me that feels like he takes inspiration from Eminem with his lyrics. Like reading this out I hear it like "Stan" in my head. Eminem really is so gawf doodt.

Josh doesn't even noodle, that requires having some concept of scales and running around in them, usually mindlessly.
I can offer a couple. I'm a huge fan of his brief time spent playing the keyboard, I would have actually been excited for his albums to debut if he'd stuck with it. I wanna point out that he would often play notes (with consistency) via one hand, and toggle the pitch shifter with the other... gotta be the most motor skills he's ever displayed.
Thanks for sharing. Yeah I was surprised how much more competent he seemed on the keyboard than with the guitar. If only he loved Richard D James as much as Ozzy his albums may have somewhat of a following.

I remember watching the bizarre beat clip live and trying to figure out if it was quantized in Garageband or not but it appears it's actually him playing.
I really like them both, but that first beat is especially interesting. It sounds like something out of crash bandicoot or some other late 90s video game; maybe a jungle level or a mystic castle, TWU.
It is really sad to see how much he has degraded. If he can even remember the beat there is no way he could play it.

Nothing already clipped unfortunately, but the good news is that there's still a ton of footage in the archives. If you type "piano" or "keyboard" in lolcowgo.net, you'll see there's some vids where he's playing. A lot of it is difficult to listen to, but to give him credit you can tell he's experimenting with it to see what works. If you find any quality beats like that Dash Dingo/Animal Crossing one, I'd love to see em.
