I don't see how any other video that doesn't have Pxie in it is relevant as evidence in a case where Pxie is the only plaintiff. For deleting the videos from google drive he should be fine. But he probably has only made them private anyway. I doubt he deleted anything that he didn't have to. His deleting of discord logs might get him in trouble though. My understanding is that the statute Pxie is suing under requires that the people be depicted visually, and be identifiable. So in the case of Denims, Chaiery and the Grindr guy, they wouldn't fall under that.

Denims would fall under 2 party consent since it was in California, but I think that's past the statute of limitations.
Florida also requires all parties to consent to audio recording, but currently the grindr hookup recorded remains anonymous, I doubt he would want to identify himself to the courts and DGG.

The deadline for Pxie to move to file an amended complaint isn't even for another 3 months, and discovery doesn't have to be concluded until December.
