I will never understand why they defend slave labor in foreign countries. They legitimately believe that paying people a fair wage is wrong. What the fuck is happening anymore I feel so disillusioned, are we seeing a party flip in real time.
 
Remember how much shit all the chuds gave to Klaus Schwab saying "you will own nothing and be happy". It's sort of ominous semi ironic use was a rallying cry against degrowth and minimalism by way of recession that people claimed the wef wanted. The WEF was an awful boogie man and the conspiracies around them were awful btw but that is a rant for another day

Now that Trump's tariffs are the ones pricing people out luxury goods it is noble sacrifice in the name of lowering tariffs, or trade deficits or bringing back jobs or owning the boomers whatever it is this week.

Trump is doing nothing about housing the main cost of living issue for most Americans. He is stopping us from owning houses.
 
A bit late, but if China does tariff our ag exports to oblivion it'll drastically reduce grocery costs here when the farmers try to offload a metric shitton of surplus. The Don can't stop winning.

It's easy to be charitable with other peoples money. It's easy to be cruel when you never have to look at the people you hurt. It's easy to disregard the environment of a place you don't live in. They made all these decisions on emotions not principles as long as they never see the cost but can continue to reap the benefits it's fine.

China has done everything they claim to hate but they never had to see it and they still don't. The real secret of the distant empathy graph is that all that empathy they have for the outsider isn't real.

It's not slave labor if they choose to do it which people in these countries do. Factory jobs are desirable in the third world the job options are like famrer,miner fisherman which pay worst and are harder and pay worst.

No one thinks paying people a fair wage is wrong, what defines a fair wage ? Trump is against raising minimum wage so I don't want to hear about a fair wage from him or his supporters.
 
I can't believe I'm seeing a party flip in my lifetime, reps are becoming pro worker and dems are becoming pro business. How does your seething hatred of 1 man make you throw away the ideals you've had developed for decades.

Liberals basically considered the WTO to be evil incarnate. When did it change, maybe around 2016? I guess we shouldn't think about it too much.
