Even though Nick claimed he couldn't tell his side of things because they involved other people that he was heroically trying to protect, Nick seems to think that April being the victim of an alleged sexual assault is his story to tell if it means slandering Aaron and people associated with STMS.

If it happened, April needs to be the one making the accusations, and even then she would need evidence to back it up.

The interesting bit is the "pain and confusion" remark. You have to wonder if Nick is feeding some of these people a whole private narrative about how personal tragedy forced Nick to share his wife, do lots of cocaine and explains why his kid tested positive for cocaine. How Nick is really the victim in all this and is owned our compassion.

Its all kind of out of the degenerate addict's playbook.
