It’s pretty easy actually:
  1. Don’t be a good person (good people don’t survive on the internet for some reason)

I like to think all of this would have been avoided if he just took the case to an American court. As for the other stuff, knowing how high profile he became after the Open Hand scandal, it was only a matter of time. Oh well. Let's see if the loss causes him to regress into a non-practicing type of failure.
