Shoestring budget movies have blown up throughout history; you don't actually need all that capital to make good films, and it's mostly squandered in the hands of the current retards in charge. Only takes a Clerks or a Blair Witch Project to remind people how many X's a movie can make back when retards aren't the ones in charge.
No film needs to cost 300 million dollars to make.

Game tariffs would actually be great. People were pointing out that the new Asscreed game credits are just page after page of Indian names.
