I had no idea Karl used to be a PUA grifter. Fucking hilarious, as taking dating advice from Karl Jobst would be like taking legal advice from Russell Greer.
As for the main event, Jobst sweeping up for two of his bum buddies (both of whom used to be Apollo's bum buddies as well) by creating a false narrative involving one of the most litigious figures in competitive gaming... that's not so much flying too close to the sun as it is firing oneself directly into the centre of the sun's core.
The worst part of all this is that Jobst managed to make some people sympathize with one of the most unsympathetic characters ever to have touched a joystick, whilst pissing away thousands of dollarydoos of simpbux on what even Blind Freddy could see was a fool's errand.
The OP has been a long time coming. Given how Australia has some of the harshest defamation laws in the world and how much of a stick up their arses Australian judges have over such cases, it was very wise of OP to wait until after the case was done before starting this thread.
