I'm not a gun expert in anyway, but considering the bolt handle is on the left and that is not an AK, I'm guessing whatever that is, that is Pat's gun (he's a lefty). To me, the insufferable smile only confirms he is showing his friends how "manly" he is.

It’s definitely a FAL, the hand guards and charging handle are a giveaway. No idea what is up with the stock in it though, might be aftermarket.
There is no way this is Pats rifle though, his trotters don’t have the strength to hold up an old school battle rifle and it doesn’t get featured much in the sci-fi/Marvel slop he loves, plus he probably thinks that owning one is a ‘dog whistle’.

When I see a photo like this and realize Pat’s allowed to own a gun, I think it’s time to repeal the second amendment
 
It's a FAL or a G3 and yeah no way it's his. The PS90 he has is proof he both has no taste in firearms and can't deal with the wait of a battle rifle or the recoil of .308.

Fat Rick argues with his toilet. Not just on the X. He wakes up and it groans "no more cheesesteaks" and Pat drops the first fattest one of the day into it. Then he drinks his victory craft beer, first of twelve of the day, in celebration that he was able to pinch a loaf and shut up "the haters."

Then, tromping fatly thru the half hovel, he shows up naked in Niki's bedroom and he starts rubbing his dick against the houseplant in there for some reason. Niki groans and says, "fuck off fatass, I spent last night taking a bunch of loads from the niggers across the street."

Pat instantly asks to smell, but walks off because he forgot his phone and he has to not let the idiots win.

Jen wouldn't have a FAL because it's objectively cool and too long for him to clear his side tits to shoulder properly.
