You think? I confess to only knowing details about Destiny as competition, but let's play a thought experiment. Any or one of the following:
  • April goes public. Shows lewds, says Nick/Kayla abused her and got her addicted backed up by Aaron and Geanu, files charges. (Maybe says stuff about the kid who tested positive, but I'll avoid that topic.). And/or April starts an OF while showing all her lady bits and explaining everything Nick did to her.
  • Kayla goes public, reveals decades of abuse with receipts backed up by Dan Sletta, Aaron Imholte, the eldest kid, her sister, etc. Divorce rapes him, etc. (Possible pics of him getting railed by Jamaicans revealed or receipts on Jamaican abortions paid for.)
  • What's the timing on lolcow? Eldest turns 18 in Nov., goes public, and spills everything about the details of that home, the black eye, dosing of his younger sister, #freesonny, etc. (Come to think of it, if that kid is on the bodycam, he might be legally allowed to get it released once he's 18.)
  • Pomplun retires early, goes public, and approves the bodycam release as a matter of public record. Bodycam is far worse than we think - sex toys, drugs, unsanitary conditions, kids crying, etc.
I could go on... The saga of Rekieta has surprised us before.

Like Nick, too many people fall for it. Because of Nick, I have a greater sense of clarity about the type of person Barnes is.

I'm leaning on the probability it'll go to Destiny because I feel like Null will put Nick in the HOF so he won't be eligible. That's only if Nick doesn't do anything incredibly stupid that can manage to top what he did last year and prevent Null from opting out of including him (like getting arrested again), because Nick was on a roll for content last year.

Nick losing his shit in December after the verdict Montagraph trial (if it does happen) would be the third time something in December pushed him over...so that's a maybe.

If Nick wins as unambiguously as he did last year, it'll have to be through a combination of events previously mentioned that have yet to happen (but could).

Kurt, for all his faults and flaws, did the simplest takedown of Barnes' opinions throughout the initial controversy. He thinks Barnes' is a bad legal commentator because he takes how he thinks the law should work (through his personal interpretation of the Constitution) and says that it's the way it definitely works. Like somehow saying that the amendment that prevents unreasonable bonds means that all bonds are illegal, which obviously is stupid on its face: if unreasonable bonds can exist and infringe on your rights, that necessarily means reasonable ones that don't infringe on your rights not only exist, but are therefore explicitly permitted.

It's close and you're technically right and also wrong. Null asked Nick if he called Monty a pedophile (or of performing pedophilia acts, the exact verbiage is irrelevant because you can get what I mean) and Nick claimed he "probably" didn't, so Null went and checked for himself and was disgusted at how unambiguously he did exactly what Monty accused him of doing.

I don't remember him publicly denying it or admitting he was wrong (that'd be really bad if he openly said it wasn't true but did it anyways, so he refuses to admit it's false), because his argument has gotten substantially worse (which can only be resolved through discovery): his statement is now:
a) I know he's a pedophile,
b) he has to prove I've damaged him
c) Monty has to prove how he's not a pedophile.

And while I'm pretty confident in my recollection, I think there's a fourth claim at this point that will need extra verification, which is:
d) Monty knows I'm right, because he has already sued someone for this and lost, and he lost because it's true.

A big part of Nick's hayday was getting into and winning slap fights with people online. Ron Toye? Perfect target for Nick to mock and belittle (before he lost the case again). If I recall correctly, the issue was Nick told Josh there was no defamation and he was being sued for saying “Monty probably likes sucking little boy cocks” - Not “Monty likes sucking little boy cocks”
