Billy is independently wealthy and owns several restaurants in Florida along with the hot sauce brand, he's gonna be fine.

Actually I think I read that's how he got into DK originally. His family's restaurant had a DK machine so he was able to play for free.
 
I wonder if Karl will appeal. He'd probably lose again so it would be more money down the drain. Maybe he could plead reduced mental capacity to the court? He is a speed runner so mental retardation would be easy to prove.
 
I dont even hate speedrunning that much, but the troon infestation among other things has made it harder to tolerate as of late. I dont remember what game it was but I remember reading a patch note that altered something as a "concession for speedrunners". simply mindblowing

This is really a crazy case like I said, as if Marzgurl was leading against Vic and lost. There's going to be a lot of fallout, looking at mutuhar if he'll ever bother to talk, he's been pretty lame and bathing in money lately.

He'd have to have grounds and get permission and, just having skimmed the judgement, it looks pretty solid. I mean even people here who wouldn't piss on Billy if he was on fire agree that Karl really had no particular defence here.

Interestingly the judge doesn't seem to have much time for Karl's personality either.

Basically he condemned RWhiteGoose for being an EVIL NAZI who watched Jordan Peterson videos (who had apologized for being an evil nazi who watched Jordan Peterson videos) and no longer considers Goose to be his friend. This video is also the main reason why people thought Karl was being sued over video game high scores, since he refused to mention what he was being sued for, said he would keep people up to date on it, and then made a bunch of videos about Billy suing people over video game high scores (including a video later on where Billy did in fact threaten to sue Karl over video game high scores, which Billy backed down on "Billy Mitchell ended up backing out of the 2nd lawsuit, which means all funds will go towards helping with the existing lawsuit"
