Late and all but that's a weird timeline because he worked in an area when Blizzard went through several corporate owners. At the time of StarCraft's release it was part of Cendant, a mega corporation that not only owned Sierra On-Line (still quite functional), Davidson & Associates (made educational software but what was Blizzard's owner since before it WAS Blizzard), and a number of other companies, from car rental to hotels. Cendant flipped it to Havas which in turn got bought by Vivendi. 2005 was after a lot of the corporate stuff had settled out--Vivendi had part ownership of NBC Universal with GE, Sierra had been dismantled and no games were even published with that name anymore, and the Activision merger was still a few years ago.

So basically, Grummz's entire time under Blizzard was under a megacorp and left/got fired when things were at a peaceful point.

No surprise this guy is a liar and a fraud.

The real question is if all his virtual or real world sexual partners were old enough to consent.
It is very weird for someone to pretend to be or represent themselves as a 16 year old girl on porn/fetish websites.

But just the username alone isn't enough, what it takes to actually get somewhere is chatlogs or user activity on sites that can conclusively prove not only that it is actually him, but that is actively misrepresented himself as an underage girl in the context of sexual activities and/or that he commissioned such art of underage characters.

The slippery slope of the fetish content pipeline always ends in the deep pit of questions about consent and underage characters/users.
