Apparently in the hearing today this dumbass judge was screaming at the DOJ, claiming that his authority extends globally, outside not just his district but anywhere. Apparently he fully expected planes that were outside US airspace or landed in El Salvador to turn around and come back to the US because he believes he has authority everywhere. This dude isn't just stupid and arrogant, I think he may need to be committed. Its insane.
