What are the chances that a staffer got kickbacks to "help" out a few of these sorts of people by "asking" Biden to get them a pardon? We all know that judge isn't above it, why wouldn't he go for the gambit? His bribe would be protected by the pardon if he prepays it as well.

An interesting angle, but as others have said, I'm betting that the 25th would have to be invoked to properly declare him incapable of ruling, which didn't happen and thus lets them continue, even if he mumbled the authorization after being coached by Jill.

As has already been explained many times, the problem is that he wasn’t the one using the autopen; someone else was signing them on his behalf, which he may or may not have even known about. It’s the “forge your mom’s signature on the permission slip” trick.

Can I just chime in and say that I am baffled how this "autopen" stuff exists and that it's somehow valid, but when I print a PERFECT copy of mine under a letter, it's not legally binding, because, uh, there is no actual pen in my inkjet?
Why is clownworld even retconning itself now?
Why didn't I hear about this autopen business before?
There's no variable pressure imprint for god's sake... that's NOT a valid signature. But again, apparently, it is and always was.

If there is a right wight equivalent to TDS Ive got it towards Fauci.

I hope when his pardon gets nullfyied and Tony's found guilty for crimes against humanity. He gets raped merciless by feral packs of niggers for the rest of his life.
 
Unless i am missing something they can still take basically everything from the people who were pardoned. Pardons dont protect the fruits of crimes nor their proceeds.

A president can pardon someone from stealing from someone in DC but he cant say the person can keep the stolen items.

Civil asset forfeiture could be invoked to freeze every dollar Fauci has and he could he forced to testify as he would no longer have 5th amendment privileges.

Even with the pardons Trump could make them all very poor people.

Just a reminder that the Hunter Biden pardon is the only one that was not autopenned, and thus the only one provably signed by Joe.
Someone posted the image earlier in the thread.

A lot of people are talking about Hunter's pardon being reversed. Keep in mind it's the only one that 100% cannot be reversed through the current narrative.
