Yeah I just think that most "reasonable" people would mainly be concerned about the wording in the past few lines in the bill. Intentionally vague (non-transparent) rulings that can be entirely up to interpretation are bound for abuse or extremely inconsistent applications like we've seen with other things.

To get this out of the way, I don't think it should be legal to reference CSAM with AI training because that's technically still possessing and redistributing material with child abuse in it, and CSAM perpetuates legitimate child abuse and increases the market for it. Honestly, I get sketched out when I see people post gore pictures and videos online, so I can imagine how someone who was sexually abused must feel towards photos and videos of a real person being harmed. I still think there's a difference from playing something like Dead Space vs. going on r/WatchPeopleDie. Most people are going on the latter for enjoyment/pleasure, while on the former you can dissociate from anything particularly heavy going on.

They already monitor everything you do on your phone. Apple already openly started going thru their users' pictures to see if there is any illegal material and send your data to police if they find anything. If you own Windows, you likely didn't disable telemetry settings that are build in, so your data is regularly being send to their datacenters for analysis. If they find anything illegal, guess where they send that data?
It already happened, you're just too blind to see. At this point, if the government wants to enact something like this, they can and will. Lolicons getting the rope won't impact anybody but pedophiles.

If you aren't doing anything illegal in the first place your "rights" won't be violated. If you're scared of your computer getting monitered by the feds you have worse problems than getting exposed for saying nigger abunch of times on an internet forum.
