Birtright citizenship is such an strange concept to me in 2025 at least.

I remember back during the Egyptian revolution in 2011, the Canadian government was surprised to discover that there were thousands of "Canadians” in Cairo who were demanding to "get home”.

There is also an entire cottage industry in British Columbia of "birthing houses" where Chinese women who wanted to give birth to their children in Canada for the citizenship could fly over, give birth, stay for post-natal care, then head back. The houses are openly advertised by agents in China and in Chinese language media.

Sure, it made sense in the 1800s when it took a long and dangerous journey by sea to reach the New World, and the chances of you ever returning to your country of origin were slim to none. However now that you can cross the Atlantic in 6 hours, and at the very most you will need a 90 day tourist visa, why is it even needed?
Wouldn't it make sense to keep birthright citizenship, but have the child's citizenship have no bearing on the parents getting one? and if the parents are not citizens and don't have a green card then CPS takes the child and puts it in an orphanage?

Yeah, but it all happening right after expending a fair amount of political capital on the botched Epstein files, fallout from pushing ACB through and the consequences of that, Israel stuff, Vivek shilling, and retarded Massie infighting definitely isn't ideal. Don't get me wrong, shit would be a thousand times worse if Kuntmala won, but that's a low as fuck bar.
nah, now's great
the only time that matters next is 2026, might as well get the shitshow done at once

Correct me if im wrong but wasnt this a republican tactic?
As is so often said by those antifa faggots, "There are no bad tactics, only bad targets."

That is the motto of the activist leftist.
Ideological and moral consistency waved bye-bye long ago...

I'm kinda half watching that House Dems cry session about DOGE
they're really rattled
I'm used to congress critters not talking for shit, but they're stammering, one was slurring, (more than usual) they're REALLY scared

Honestly? It doesn't look like it to me.
These orders are kind of ridiculous, too. "Rehire the people you fired!!!", like they haven't been kicked out of the office already and can't really enter back in.
They shouldn't. Something something separation of powers. A judge, let alone a district judge born in a foreign country, shouldn't have more control over the Executive Branch than the Chief Executive himself. Not to mention that the Judicial Branch can't actually enforce laws on its own. If Biden's handlers can ignore the Supreme Court, Trump can ignore these Hawaiian judges. Besides, I think all the lawfare he went through really opened his eyes to how corrupt they are.

Remember British undercover agents are allowed to date, have sex, marry, and even have children to maintain cover. There was a prominent case where a woman had a 2 year old child with an agent who infiltrated her environmental group. She was denied child support because she didn't know his real identity and the queen or whoever refused to release it to her.
Shouldn't the Crown pay child support and not the agent?

Watch the Joe Rogan podcast with the dude talking about USAID. He was on before all this came out then Joe begged him to come back once it all hit the news. Dude sounded like an insane skitzo the first show with Joe Rogan remaining skeptical. The second show Joe mind is blown but focus more on the already revealed.

He said that we have always used these "soft power tactics" agaisnt everyone else. The different was that Obama decided that conservatives in our country were a threat and opened the floodgates for these same CIA tactics to be used in the United States. Its not just Guatemala Transgendr comics. It is the marvel films and all the gamergate bullshit too. Disney is a glowie company it's likely the accusation of star wars was for manipulating purposes and funded by tax payers.

This also opened the floodgates for the five eyes to use these tactics and run operations in the united states agaisnt conservatives. Previously only mossed would run operations agaisnt US citizens within the United States. (Russia and China are not our allies and of course run ops like it's water).
Are you talking about Mike Benz?

Just a reminder that these lawsuits were expected and Trump wants them to go to the SCOTUS asap to finalize his authority over the Federal apparatus.

No one should be surprised that judge Chutkan, who presided over the original Trump trial, would rule against him. The Dem's judge shop until they find a sympathetic judge whose willing to throw away their reputation in order to gain political points. Like Canadian refugee judge Ali who is fucking over DODGE and Musk as hard as he can before SCOTUS gets a say.

Once this shit hits SCOTUS then we can start stressing, there was zero chance of any of these Dem judges not give the Democrats what they wanted so until then all these lawsuits are just window dressing.

Mahmoud has raised over 365k dollars for his defense.

A lot of the people donating to Mahmoud are contributing under their real name which makes it a treasure trove for doxing
What Trump needs to do is go nuclear and label all of the pro-Palestine groups as terrorist organizations and debank them en masse. Just like what Trudeau did to the truckers. Any foreigner that whines goes back home or to El Salvador.

I thought it already hit SCOTUS and they ruled 5 to 4 to pay the USAID money that was already under contract and the ruling party promptly ignored the lower court shenanigans?

They ruled 5 to 4 to let the emergency injunction stand. Not on whether or not the claims of any of the parties are meritorious.

That was a ruling on a TRO where they said the US had to payout for services already rendered. Judge Ali made a stupid order to payout everything within a few days but SCOTUS ordered payment for services rendered on a more workable timeline only.

These lawsuits are about Trump's power over hiring and firing Federal employee's. They're suing to say Trump can't fire people and especially Trump's firing of a few of Biden's special prosecutors who are the ones leading the lawfare against him. The judge ordered Trump to rehire the Special Council immediately quoting that the POTUS hasn't the power to fire them. This is be the big deal at the SCOTUS as it will resolve the status of the Special Prosecutors office once and for all.

I honestly don't know how it will end up with ABC and Kavenagh being possible treacherous but who knows maybe they will be bullied into compliance but this is a complex legal issue that has been juggled back and forth since 1920.

I called it like twenty pages ago. Pretty much every single one of these student protest leaders is a foreign agent.

Deport them all and sanction the countries involved for pulling unauthorized gayops.
Do what should happen to all spies and saboteurs. Hang them.

I do not care about veterans anymore. The dems have wore that word out. Plus I’ve known multiple Iraq vets who ended up being pedophiles. A big thing apparently in that war was enlisting so you can rape kids!

Also don’t they get like a G.I. bill and free college and shit? Why are they acting like they’re entitled to their cushy government jobs.

Yeah, hopefully there's enough time for a bounceback before the midterm. I think it's a given that the dems are going to hitch every single wagon to the troons, no matter how much of a sinking ship it obviously is, so midterms might not be as good for dems as a 22-13 senate election cycle usually would be for the party not in control of the presidency.

Remember Trump removing Top Sekret access for that law firm that was responsible for the Steele Dossier?

Well they sued and somehow that case ended up in front of another massively anti-Trump DC judge, what are the odds huh?

So of course the Democrat judge overturned that EO saying it was "unconstitutional and overboard and is solely meant to punish" and issued a TRO (oh look yet another TRO surprise surprise!!) allowing that law firm's Top Sekret access back and thus they can go back to work for the US Gov by you know, suing Trump supporters, making up fake allegations, defending the Clinton Foundation, working for the DNC and other totally normal lawyer things.

so yah just more lolfare to try to slow down the Trump train. These lawyers are being

Here's that Jew Tuber to explain it all
