I wouldn't go as far as saying that she can be normal, but I think that she'd be able to get a job or something like that, as well as live mostly independently as long as she has a handler watching over her with regularity

well when I say "normal" I mean as normal as a BPD women. also I look up the suicide rates for BPD people
The risk of suicide in people with BPD is 40 times that of the general population. About 8% to 10% of people with BPD die by suicide.

Does she even want normal? I guess she wants to cut back on certain things, but I heavily doubt she wants a normal life at this point. She enjoys what she does, but I think she can have some semblance of a healthy life if she had an actual handler. Or, you know, her mom finally stepping up and taking care of the retard she created.

The life she has now is ideal for her. Rent and bills paid and an allowance. She lives by the grace of a generous but bad mother. The second that lifeline is cut, the single support keeping her alive is gone. She needs to get her ass in gear and stabilize, get into a group home and get medicated because the only guarantee you have in life is that you die. Lounging around doing terrible edits of terrible anime sounds pretty fucking sweet until you realize you are one bad day away from a truly horrific life.

Antipsychotics are very unpleasant to acclimatize to. Drink water. Actual water and take them at the same time every day and with a full belly. Not AT meal time. After meal time. It will still hurt but the gain is worth the pain. You have more medication and more dosage adjustments coming, so bear with it.

I've only read the OP, so someone may have already asked you this (apologies if so), but do you believe that if you start putting in time and effort in your life, you can improve yourself? If you stop procrastinating today and start doing something productive (that isn't going to therapy) you can probably do something that would please everyone here.
