If I remember right first time YouTube used this feature was during coof.
Anyway most adblocks hide it so you dont have to see wikipedia article about holocaust 6 000 000 time when you are watching WW2 videos.

Idk if it fits here. Found some video about a guy massacring half his village due to incel/prejudice he suffered in Japan a century ago, though with cases so old it's a question if there was some manipulation done for various reasons.
