Chibi is incredibly blessed to have a job that plays to his general lack of social grace and inability to take no for an answer. Sadly, the same talents that help him push pointless phone upgrades onto the elderly also keep him forever stalled in his love quest :(

Honestly, I don't think it really matter (in his future security, he can take a ml of iron to the head if he is actually taking advantage of the elderly), because he's never going to save anything long term (like a 401k), but he is literally hand-to-mouth-regarded in that he'll spend it in trips to Japan, or cosplay, or local bar kar(kuck)aoke wihtout anything invested long term.

Chibi (or DSP, Chantal, Bossman, or any other lolcow you can think of here) -- all follow the same basic principal of, "it doesn't matter how much sunshine they bask in while the summer sun shines, they won't have anything when winter comes". He still is one of the most non-malicious ones of everyone (he's just really stupid), so hoping he actually goes back to Japan again and posts pics of his adventures

This has been hashed back and forth and people reckon the $80k figure is total bullshit, based on what his actual job is. Japan trips aside, he certainly doesn't live like a man making that kind of money.

I really have no idea how Chibiquana always manages to mangle his fingers just trying to point. Also, his pose comes across less like a lawyer going "nigga you got owned" and more an old man yelling at kids

From my limited experience with dressing up and going to swamp-ass conventions, improper wig preparation. From the looks of it it's clumping and likely very brittle, which tells me he just vaguely formed the hair and then spray painted it way too much.

That or he bought it from some toxic Chinese warehouse via Aliexpress or something lmao.

It’s all of the above. He also uses heat to straighten it. Mmmm. Imagine it, bros. The smell of Chibi grease and cheap plastic being partially melted by a hair iron - together

I still have no idea why he used a white wig when Miles Edgeworth's hair is very clearly black. Maybe it was repurposed from a failed Sephiroth cosplay.

Why does he alway wear makeup with this specific cosplay? The character he’s ripping off clearly doesn’t wear makeup…it makes his skin look like a fucking corpse

I’m not one to knock what people do in their own time for fun, but I just think it’s extremely odd for a thirty year old man to actively engage in cosplay. Especially when you’re not very good at it.

I'm indifferent, to be honest. Considering furries will dress in unwashed fursuits at age 50, a thirty year old cosplaying doesn't seem so weird. I think Chibi would get away with it if he was good at it and didn't have a history of being cringe and noncing kids. On top of that, he would do shit like mingle in the public in cosplay like when he wandered Japan dressed as Joker and ruined his mum's date, again, dressed as Joker.

Can't take back the noncing, but at the very least he could be significantly less embarrassing if he stopped trying to cosplay as teenagers and/or general himbos.

It's the same kind of cringe as 40+ women who dress like they're still 21 or fat old dudes who wear muscle shirts to the gym and tell all the broccoli boys how much they could bench in high school.

For your standard issue ~34-year-old white American man? Yea, for sure. Most of the ones you find doing this are either:

A. Doing this because of their kids loving some show and wanting to go to a con and they as the dad support their kids' hobbies and interests (I'd say that makes it rather wholesome and gets my stamp of approval), or

B. Doing this because they themselves have not grown past the "kid" stage of development. This is where we find our Peter Pan Syndrome sufferer, Chibi.

And it is definitely off-putting to others, even if they don't want to verbally "yuck someone else's yum" like you said. When I see coverage of fetish freaks clad in skimpy leather outfits and being led by a dog collar alongside some kids at some pride parade, I feel justified both in thinking it is weird as fuck and in not saying anything about it. Both because it is *current year* and because I know that my words will have 0 positive, material impact on anyone involved.

This is not important at all, but the official artists of these games cannot come to a consensus on Edgeworth's hair color. Some official figures make him gray, but in more recent art his hair is more...really light brown bordering on gray?

There are many, many things wrong with Chibi and his cosplaying decisions, but the hair color is not one of them. Interpreting Edgeworth's inconsistent hair color as white is common enough among fans.

Kind of reminds me of Otacon having gray/white hair in MGS 1, despite later depictions having it be dark brown.
