I don't know for sure because when I asked for the context for this tweet which is dates way before this controversy people just sperged about Jews and based on the date and the the wording former culture it doesn't sound like he means Jews as they still have their culture unlike pagans who were conquered.

Especially when the shitty (Northern European) pagans were savages living in wattle and daub hovels, raiding and fighting each other over scraps, while it was the Christian phase of European history where they did everything that makes the White Man impressive in the first place (like, conquering the world, inventing everything, developing societies that aren't total anarchy or oriental despotism).
 
So did the quest with the girl from the beginning whos mom saved henry. Went out with her lover 2 lads thought to scare the girl cause her mom botched a birth (she was a midwife) and the farmer who they worked for got angry and drove her out. So the 2 lads thought cause the farmer hates the woman if they scare the girl off it would please the farmer and they could marry the farmers daughters. Plan goes wrong the gotta kill the lover boy and hide the girl in the woods. I got one of em to go to the bailiff and give themselves up. Then i met the other brother that had the girl hostage and managed to get the girl free if she shut up. The guy drops his sword and the girl stabs him in the back for killing her lover. Lost rep for some reason a lot on this quest.

Would recommend reading the thread more but if you don't have the time, yes and no. It feels like a sequel in that it's complete dogshit compared to the original, but it also feels like a sequel made by a completely different studio with the same tools. It's not a soft reboot as it's immediately after, it doesn't shuffle things around in that it either removes or dumb downs it for the "modern audience", including the systems from the first game. Combat is dumbed down for example, AI is braindead and poses no challenge compared to the first game, writing is normied up (Marvel writing by women who probably seeth at the talent Amy Hennig has) and characters are ruined, again the thread goes into detail so at least check the highlights.

Seems unlikely unless you want to accuse me of being sent by the the right. What most likely happened is that a large amount of normal fags and anti-woke people for the first time had to experience a game they wanted to actually play get poor press, a controversy, and woke things inserted into it. So many people just viewed woke as meaning bad considering that's what all the woke things have been so far.

What he have learned from every anti-woke content creator is that when they have to choose between doing what they preach or making excuses when they actually have to make a sacrifice they will all back down.

In my humble opinion the Christian Phase of European history pales in comparison to achievements of the Ancient Greeks and Romans.

I think we can officially upgrade this from a shitshow to a proper TORtanic now. It's been a while since we've had one of these, not even Veilguard/Dustborn/Concord can be categorized as such(altho some came close), but KCD2 is reaching a fever pitch where the lolcowdom surrounding it is transcending gaming and spilling into culture itself. Everyone got a little more retarded over this game, and some like Mack already ruined their careers over it.
