Is that even how ... it all works? Like, assuming these aren't federal felonies (and maybe even then) can you just randomly get the police involved when in a completely different state? Don't you have to do a shit ton of paperwork to even bring a warrant over from another state?

I don't think Rick deciding to roll over and lay on top of Prongay (which would likely not only immobilize but also crush him) until the cops arrive will work out just the way he thinks it will, especially if one party is frothing at the mouth about "stalkers" and the other is being polite and demure.
