I always thought of it as some kind of oil viscosity increasing additive, which already exists under many brands and marketed as such for higher mileage engines burning the oil that slips pasts gaskets and piston rings. Lucas oil additive was marketed as some kind of magic engine saver. This is my opinion I might be wrong.

That's the University of Wisconsin. Its located in Madison and has standards for getting into the school. Especially if you are from Wisconsin. Fatrick went to UWM, which is located in Milwaukee and has no standards. Which is how he was able to get in despite having a 1.2 GPA
