Yeah, but I can't see Phil having Potence or Vigor, let alone knowing how to make himself valuable enough to other vampires to survive more than a night. On the other hand, he's probably the closest real life equivalent to having an Appearance rating of 0, and he's more pretensious than a typical Vampire LARP (which is saying something!). He also is only a trench coat and katana away from dressing like a 90s era WoD NPC...
 
Well in VtM, I could see him with Obfuscate and Animalism, the former being used as he shits his pants in fear at something, and the latter being used to summon other rats to collect cheese for himself.

He really is an unfortunate looking motherfucker.
 
It'll never cease to amaze me how Chris and Phil and others like them think they look amazing when really they look like sewer mutants.
