Also, the guy who gave me this pointed out Tristan only used the Lego assets on expose shitpieces (Milkded, Loppy, Shoizz, etc), which suggest that this hour long video he's working on takes a similar angle, which eliminates this thread. He also pointed out that some of the backgrounds in the leaks seem to contain what could be videos of childhood memory locations, which Tristan has done before and could easily be related to Mark.
This is further supported by the fact he's apparently been digging through childhood photos to use in a future video, as shown here.
