I've said it elsewhere in this thread, but it's more effective to deny them the false premise that they believe what they're saying than it is to argue with them.

Arguing puts them into the role of the defender; the one-who-believes. It reinforces the LARP. They have a script for attacks on their philosophy, but not on their faith.

Telling one he didn't believe what he was saying was the only successful breakthrough I've had with one, although he may not have been marinated in those juices too long.

It's been my experience that most people have no idea about the "euphoria boners" and quickly realize what troonism is actually about when they are subjected to interactions (real or virtual) with actual troons. They believe the sanitized version about "brain sex" (a phenomenon that becomes totally meaningless when you control for homosexuality) or "gendered souls" if they're the more woo-type, and they also tend to take everything troons say about their childhood experiences at face value. Such as "I've felt I was a girl since I was three but comp het and oppressive gender roles are the reason I've been married three times and have six kids". Obviously bullshit if you look past the surface, but most normies don't because it doesn't occur to them to question the dogma, because they've had no reason to. The overwhelming majority believe all troons are homosexual, because that's how it used to be. They also believe any troon that enters a women-only space is "post-op".

Since I was on the normie train a week ago, I will give you what I assumed back then. Prior to the incident that led me to this forum, I had very much forgotten AGP was a thing. I did not think that mtf trannies were just living out their AGP because AGP wasn't even on my mind. If anything, I just assumed it was cross-dressers who suffered perversions like AGP (men who like wearing women's clothes but are not identifying as trans).

I visited my local library and went to the trans section, and there were several books about how the trannies thought they were girls since childhood.
